Two cars were in front of me at 11:30 lunch. I ordered quick menu items with no specialties. The other vehicles were directed to parking spaces as was I. The following two vehicles were also directed to park. Five minutes later the first vehicle got food and left. The second vehicle got food and left. The two empty parking spots were filled by the time I got my food. It was difficult for me to back out of parking for other cars trying to park.

The manager this morning at the McDonald’s on Highway 157 in Cullman. Her name is Courtney. She is amazing,she’s kind, she’s sweet, she’s understanding. There were several people having issues and she took care of all of them in the best way. I just wanted to acknowledge her and let her know she’s doing a fantastic job.

Fries were hot and what you always expect McDonald's fries to taste like. Our Cheeseburgers were great. The Chicken Mcnuggets were fresh and my daughter loved them. The only thing I could say that needs work is that every employee we saw or that spoke to us seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than there. Not one person had a smile or even a welcoming gesture. I know working fast food is a stressful job at times but this was just depressing to see at least 8 to 10 people just so unhappy.

On 2-20-24 around 645pm i had ordered my food in the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the employee was charging me for wrong order. After spend several minutes explaining to him what i ordered i finally pulled up to get my food and tje employee working there started handing me the wrong order I told her and she said no this is your order and shut the window. So i pulled around and went in and ask for manager. I told her abput my experience and requested a refund that she gave me but gave me the wrong amount when i told her she had not put the right amount back on my card she got upset and said its only a dollarand she said some people. I got my money. I am done with McDonald's

Stopped by at 6:30 am on a Saturday. Most of the tables (although cleared off) were dirty and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The floors needed to be mopped, but it wasn’t as bad as other McDonalds. The coffee was cold, biscuits were hard around the edges and you can taste that the oiled needed to be filtered. Nearly $30 for a # 8 meal with small frappe, 4 hash browns and 3 plain biscuits. Not worth it!
