Just went through the drive through window and ordered a turkey,bacon , avocado sandwich,and found a black hair on 1 half of the sandwich my wife was eating. Thank you for the extra ,I don't recall ordering extra hair on it...thank you Cullman location ..the one where Publix grocery

This Panera is always fire. I go through the drive through with my son, they are quick and food is always solid. Younger kids in there work hard and always are polite. I would recommened breakfast ??

3 stars - 5 stars for Blake though!!! We ordered a chicken pepperoni Mozzarella melt. The first time we got it. It was missing half of the ingredients included in the description and was very obviously made without a care in the world. SAD AND DISAPPOINTING.We presented the sandwich to Blake and showed him the lack of contents and Blake personally and immediately remade the sandwich the PANERA WAY with love and care. Best sandwich I’ve ever had from Panera and totally redeemed my experience. BLAKE NEEDS A RAISE and the workers making the food without any care or attention need to be retrained.
We meet here for Bible study. Appreciate that they welcome us. Breakfast cheese, spinach, artichoke was good. Wish the music was not so loud. Excellent staff attitude and service.

Food here is standard Panera corporate quality and taste. The issue I have continually with this location is a complete lack of quality SERVICE, & Inaccurate orders. Running from window to counter to ensure I get my entire order. Then getting home to realize some of it is wrong. Clearly this is not the end of the world, just very frustrating. People issues/attitudes/willingness to help, etc, are clearly lacking at this location. Customers will gravitate to other fast casual dining places, count me as one of those. Perhaps look into how Chick-fil-A trains and hires. They seem to have a good system. Enthusiasm and kindness can make up for shortfalls in accuracy. Leadership is most likely the issue here. Seems there have been a few managers since opening. Invest in training and hiring it will pay off in the end.
I LOVE the food, and the atmosphere is cheerful and bright. But I've experienced, and heard others experience, problems with their orders being right - ie: A breakfast wrap missing the meat, and after sending it back, it came back missing the eggs. But the main reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the dishes and silverware. Two times recently, I had a very dirty fork or spoon, the knife was caked with something, and the edge of my bowl was grimy. I would love to see them resolve these issues, because I really do love eating there!
