The young lady was exceptionally kind and courteous. She made sure and gave plenty of Parmesan, red pepper, and special papa John’s spice packets without me even having to ask. My pizza was great and I was very happy with my experience.

We wanted to call in and pick up a pizza but you don't even get a person at this location in Cullman. It is a call center who couldn't answer my questions because he was even in Cullman. I used to say Papa John's was my favorite take out. Now it suxs!

Tried to order 1 papa bowl but could not do it because the guy on phone said i had to order at least $13 which is ridiculous you shouldn't have to order extra stuff on a carry out

So I want to give negative 5 stars. Tried to order and sent me to a foreign call center, I asked how long it would take for a pick up order and she wouldn't answer me, then for 2 freaking pizza's it was $49. Screw that, she tried to tell me to get the 2lrg 1topping but that's not what I wanted. I told her to cancel the order and she said I couldn't cancel but I never gave her my card number. Btw that exact order at domino's was $23 and tastes sooooo much better.
