Chicken too greasy didn't have any chicken breast prepared had to wait 20 minutes but the people working were apologetic and added a couple more pieces which is why I probably have heartburn right

I ordered through the drive. I ordered a spicy 12 piece family meal and a large unsweetened tea. They told they didn't have enough spicy would I like half mild. When I was driving home I tasted the tea and it was sweet with little to no ice. When I home, I bit I to a spicy piece of chicken and it wasn't done. I started to go back to the restaurant but my wife wouldn't let me. So I called to speak with the manager and someone answered and hung up. I called back and got a busy signal.

The food is pretty average for this sort of place in my opinion (i. e., decent but not really special in any way). Like most all fast food places lately, their prices are too high. I paid $19 and change for 5 chicken tenders (biscuit included), 2 sides, and a rather small drink.

Everytime I go there the service is horrible. It's like I'm a burden and I'm bothering them. Always out of mac&cheese. At night time the lighting is horrible looks like a dark alley. Food was ok chicken sandwich was gummy and way too wet. Was waiting easily 7min before I recieved my items. No big deal but when I asked for 2 extra items she lost her stuff. I was like wow really. She said I've got 5 cars behind you. I just wanted some Cajun sparkle amd ranch. She never asked me if I needed anything as she went by the window never looking at me easily 12 times prior to receiving my orders. Plus I get home no oreo cheesecake I ordered.

They take a while to deliver your order...you usually have to ask them to add honey, ketchup sauce, etc. because they don't add it...

This was absolutely by far best experience I have had at Popeyes! Chris took our order and even had chicken dropped so fresh ,brought to our table. All the staff was helpful and great including manager on duty! Almost had lost faith in Popeyes definitely will be back !
