so, i’m gonna start out by saying my order was wrong. and my bf is rlly upset, he’s crying. the chicken used to be really good but i can tell that it has been CHANGED. this needs to be fixed immediately, or i will have more sudden complaints. thank you slim chicken.

We ordered the chicken tender basket. The fries were good. The chicken tenders were tough and chewy and did not have breading. The garlic toast was ok. The tables are too close together and it is loud. Not a place to go and visit or relax.

Not a bad experience and the food and chicken were decent but not out of this world. The sides are actually better than the chicken in our opinion. My wife and I found their signature lemonades to be somewhat weak as well. We would definitely go back but not a top 10 experience.Vegetarian options: Decent variety for the vegans but it is a chicken ? restaurant.Parking: Decent sized parking lot with a mostly conventional layout.

Customer service sucks, every time I go there I have issues with food or them not giving receipt or printing receipts with bar codes to scan with App to get points. Food is good but Customer service sucks.

Great customer service very friendly and helpful ordered two meals of tenders but received barely warm french fries not seasoned and the other one had Fried Tomato and I think the tomatoes were bad because they made my mom really sick the chicken was great for both meals the only thing I can complain about is every other question that employees ask when you're ordering is do you want sauce with that do you guys push the different sauces way too much one simple order I got asked over 10 times do you what type of sauce do you want with it and the other small complaint is the toast that I received was mostly just melted butter on bread pieces they weren't toasted they were warmed up a little I will continue going to slim chicken but not this location still have better chicken than most other places

I have never been disappointed by this place. One time I thought I was about to be disappointed because my tenders were fairly small, but they it turns out they gave me extra to compensate! The food is awesome, the workers are lovely, and it's just a sick place all around! I won't even lie, I have Slimthusiast merch now!
