If could give negative I would it’s very sad that the 157 one screws up so much they have a remake list and everyone that works there always seems high at night can’t comprehend anything u say when ur face to face with them. Tip never customize ur orders and pull all ur food out before u leave and open and check each individual one I’ve tried to give them multiple chances even reminding them at the speaker and window that there’s a few things customized and make sure we have all our food not that it works. they wonder y they don’t get paid more then min wage and not made to pass a drug test

Totally disgusting. Very dirty restaurant. No paper toweling. Toilet paper empty. 3 women working. Only one other customer in restaurant. No one in drive through. Screwing around, playing on phones, and eating laffy taffy. Asked for 4 tacos (2 without lettuce)—took 10 plus minutes and then they made the tacos wrong. Wouldn’t let us order. Made us do on kiosk. March 23 about 11. Fire them. Never have had this horrible customer service—ever.

Appears like other taco bells I've been to. However skimps on certain ingredients and doesn't melt their cheese well enough in some items like the Cheese Quesadillas or put enough avocado ranch in their 3 cheese melt.

They completely messed up our order when we went through the drive through. We had a mobile order. We called them and informed them and they were supposed to correct it. We went back the next day and had receipt and everything but the manager didn’t write our name down so they did not correct it. Spent $30-$40 on food for it to be messed up.

Someone in my party has a dairy allergy, and we stopped by here while on the road. We ordered crunch wrap supremes with no cheese or sour cream and they were both made with sour cream. When we called to ask for a refund, they said they had two similar orders come in at the same time so they must have gotten them mixed up. So if you’re doing any kind of substitutions, you might want to look for other taco bells.

Me and my husband called last night to a manager who was at the time very understanding that our order had been wrong and told us she would write our names down and we didn’t need a receipt , we go back up there the next morning all of a sudden our names aren’t written down and we need a receipt & I understand that but we didn’t keep it because we were told we didn’t need it ? So now we have ended up with bad service , management not knowing what there supposed to do , plus our order wasn’t redone or money wasn’t even given back lol

I drive and extra ten minutes out if my way to come to this store because this one always exceeds My expectations and tonight I was reminded again exactly why. I had an issue with my order and it ended up not even being their fault it fell back on door dash. But their willingness to fix my issue and the professionalism of their staff and management was as good as it gets. I will continue to drive out of my way to visit this store. They knocked it out if the park tonight!Thank you! I appreciate the level of awesome you guys provide!
Went through at lunch today 12/15. Can’t believe how nice and polite Elizabeth was. And the food was virtually no wait. It’s like what people imagine fast food should/could be.
Arrived at shift change, takes time for staff to adjust. Food was cold,however the staff was pleasant.

So I was setting with my 2 sisters and my dad and eating and this old lady came up to us she was lost prob has old timers she was calling us her grand kids and all that touching my younger sister hair so my dad made her sent down and he just made her stay calm so nothing happens so my dad went up to the front to ask for the manager and ask her to call the local police she responded rudely and said were to busy and it’s not our problem luckily we found a emergency car we told him about it and they help the old lady

So we were eating an a old lady came up and she did not know who she was so to help her we told the manager to call the police to help out. The manager got rude and said she is too busy. We were able to spot firefighters and got her. But shameful attitude by the stores staff.
