Oh my what a horrible experience. I’ve visited this Arby’s before, and it’s been good. On 3/8 at 3:45 PM it was bad. Incredibly slow. Had an online order issue, after waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins, so I had to go inside. Was standing in line and people had been waiting over 10 mins just to order. When one lady asked an employee to take her order she said “that’s not my job right now”. The manager Tiffany was no help. 30 mins wasted, and left with no food.

The guy at the driver Thur is rude. And didn’t listen to me when I asked for Arby’s sauce !!!! Had to park go in just for freaking Arby’s sauce and they lady at the counter literally Threw it at me…. Ridiculous.
