Came in around 9pm they close at 10. Didn't get helped until around 9:25. Food came out and my wife's was fine. My fries were ice cold and when asked to have fresh fries sent back out they said the kitchen was closed and we could have fruit or broccoli. Pretty disappointed. Although the chicken was good. Customer service just isn't their thing.

We love the food at Baumhower’s, but tonight they showed their intergrity as a company. I messed up our online order and the manager totally took care of us with grace and speed.The food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised at how they took care of us as their customer.Old school customer service!! Came in with a group of 12 to watch Basketball game March madness. We were good with spilting tables due to the size of our party. They had 3 empty tables by the bar and would not let us sit there, they wanted to sit us in 2 top tables. The manager was not accommodating or did not appear to care or work with us. We were willing to wait and they seemed as if they did not want a large party and were not friendly. We ended up leaving. Overall, a bad experience for a sports bar
The beer was amazing and our server was great but both me and my girlfriends food came out cold, fries were not cooked all the way and cold, my boneless chicken bites were cold and had been sitting for a while. It wasn't really a super busy night but it definitely like the food was flash fried. The thai chili sauce is okay, but the buffalo sauce was kind of a disappointing buttered down sauce.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly area to dineWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for wheelchair accessibility for guest and not subjective.
