AfternoonFood was enjoyable.Service was impersonal, inattentive, unwelcoming, with long waits for necessities like straws, napkins and cutlery. Or even chips to eat the guacamole appetizer that was dropped in front of us when passing by avoiding eye contact most of the time. Life is too short for that. We always tip 25% . Someone else will like it.

The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. We went after my grandson's black belt promotion and had the best time. My daughter and son and I had a watermelon margarita, and it was perfect. The cheese stuffed chile relleno was the best I've ever eaten. Everybody got something different and really enjoyed their food and themselves. The ONLY recommendation is that while I could get a cheese, a chicken, and a beef enchilada on the same plate, my son was not allowed to mix and match his three street tacos. They all had to be the same meat. Go figure??? Anyway, that did not detract from our fun and enjoyment. I highly recommend going there if you're in the mood for a relaxing and enjoyable time. It was packed, but there was no waiting for a table.¡Este restaurante es fantástico!

We go 3 to 4 time's a month. Everything and everyone is always spot on. If there is something that didn't turn out correctly or if you don't like it. They fix it asap.Also, they have the BEST Watermelon Margarita in town

They need to do better on their to-go-orders sending people to a bar that is closed is not professional and the staff never stopped once to ask if you needed anything is unacceptable... Great customer service is always the key no matter how busy you are...
We have been here before,but they have upgraded the interior with more televisions and lots of pretty lights. The staff is still amazing. "Omar" always does a great job for us! The food was amazing like always served hot and on time with no complaints. We also got an appetizer and it come in plenty of time before our meal that we may enjoy it. I recommend El Rancho when you want Mexican food. I haven't found a better Mexican restaurant in the south , and we have tried plenty of them!
