This is my favorite restaurant. Great selection of entrees and sides. The brown bread the serve while you wait is delicious. The serve the best chicken fingers of any restaurant that I’ve been to. Their steaks are outstanding as you would expect of a steakhouse. And the roasted brussel sprouts are delicious as well. Today our server was Mary B. And she was super sweet and attentive! We’ve never had bad service here.Parking: Huge parking lot adjacent to mall area.

My party of three was sat immediately upon entering. We then sat in our booth for ten minutes without so much as anyone acknowledging our presence. We then left because the restaurant was not busy at all only to be told thank you and come again despite the manager who said it have had looked at us sitting multiple times and seeing we had not be acknowledged.

LONGHORN- Daphne, AL- We visited this restaurant last night and had one of the most terrible dining experiences I've personally ever had in my life. I'm not one to complain. I'll eat a steak cooked wrong, I'll wait patiently if I see a server who's super busy and I don't go to management about anything unless it's a big deal. We waited 40 min to be sat, 20 min for our drinks. The french onion soup was barely warm and the cheese wasn't melted. Our salads were drenched in dressing so I couldn't eat mine(our server didn't even ask to bring another and I was afraid to ask bc she wasn't very nice). Fast forward to dinner (almost 40 min later) and I found a hair under my potato on my plate. So I alerted the runner, the manager came over, and a new one was sent out. The new one had another hair but a different one and it seemed to look like a pubic hair. This time it was under my chicken. Luckily I didn't eat that side of the chicken but at this point I wanted to throw up and walked out of the restaurant just in case I got sick. The server didn't seem to mind. I felt I was extremely understanding when I sent it back the first time. Even told the manager that I've been a server before...it happens. But the second time was intentional. And this experience really made me think about ever going to another long horn again. Or any restaurant for that matter. Just a completely evil act that I'm sure was a joke in the kitchen. I'm truly disgusted this morning and I hope and pray this place and this person heal bc doing things like this to people isn't the answer. Also, I never asked for the chicken to be comped but it was and the server was tipped. I don't have photos bc it happened so fast and I didn't think to do so.
