From the start it was bad The iced tea was old or sour Couldn’t drink itOrders consisted of Tuna LasagnaCrab “Fingers” claws and Turtle SoupEverything EVERYTHING WAS BELOW Mandina’s New OrleansWhoever is managing this restaurant needs to lose the name Mandina’s This restaurant in NOLA is light years awayThen again I haven’t visited that restaurant in yearsPerhaps Fishy tasting crab claws, Bland Tuna Steak is what they serve now tooDon’t waste your money We walked out with tix for $90 and totally disappointedMandina’s is off our list Forgot to mention the dishes served were Luke warm at bestSoup was actually coldDon’t waste your moneyWe filled up on bread!!

I see you still let your workers get treated like dirt. Some things never change. I hope you didn't write them fake paychecks like you did to my son. He got a job at another restaurant after his mistreatment here. He is cared about and treated with respect. He also got a $1.50 hour raise and got the top score on his report. Your loss!

I am a recurring customer of Mandina’s. So, I wanted to give a few of my must-eats!Appetizer: Fried Ravioli or Gumbo10/10 so good!!!!(I dip my bread into the Gumbo and it’s probably my favorite thing ever.)Entree: Veal Marsala or the Filet Mignon!I also order some Alfredo at the table to go with it. I like the mix!Dessert: White Chocolate Bread PuddingIf you knew me (not that you will), you would know that our family is full of SUCKERS for bread pudding and we love this one!I’ve been going to Mandina’s since the opening! And I stop by anytime I’m in the area. I love the staff and the atmosphere! Also, there is a LOT of parking so this restaurant is easy to park at and you don’t have to walk too far!

We came with a group, we could hear our conversations, we were able to share a number of dishes, and they were all delicious. Service was good and the staff was friendly. Portions are large, so we all had take home to enjoy as well. We all want to try their brunch next.

Never again!! Ordered take out which we’ve done several times before. We had an issue many months ago with our take out order not being correct but decided to give it another try. Big mistake! The Chicken Parmesan was burnt and the Chicken Picatta had no seasoning and whatever sauce was on it tasted so bad it was literally inedible. The lettuce in each of our salads was going bad as it was turning brown. And they gave us a loaf and a half of uncooked garlic bread with garlic butter spread on it, but just thrown in an open brown paper bag. The bread was unwrapped and extended slightly out of the open bag. We ordered take out bc we aren’t cooking. But to provide garlic bread with a ton of garlic butter spread on it and unwrapped exposed to whatever was ridiculous!! To say the food was bad is an understatement… it was literally inedible!!

I grew up and lived in Nola for 65 of my 70 yrs on earth. Been to Mandinas on Canal dozens of tines. Today, in Spanish Fort location, the bowl of seafood gumbo had 2 shrimp. Really pathetic. Not how you win over new customers.

What happened? We have never had bad service or food before. The pasta was not salted at all. The salad lettuce was already turning color. The sauce was almost too salty. The server took our order and there was no interaction until we tracked her down for the ticket. I saw the recent unfavorable reviews but was craving Mandina’s Very disappointed in one of our favorite restaurants.

This was our first time coming to Mandina's. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was excellent. This place has a lot of potential but the food and flavoring need to be addressed. My wife had the special, Shrimp Pasta Mandina. It was well presented but was absolutely devoid of flavor and very bland.I had the ribeye with mushroom and garlic sauce. It looked amazing and once cutting apart, it was cooked perfectly medium rare which I asked for. That first bite was nothing but disappointment, by far the most bland steak I had ever had. Just cooking with simple salt and pepper would help. The Calimari was also bland, with zero flavor in the crust. They almost have it right, they just need some southern seasoning to enhance the flavor of their food.
