I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with feta cheese and a cheesy bread for carry out on a slow week night. I showed up before it was ready and was told 10 minutes and it would be done. 30 minutes later the food comes. 20 minutes after the estimated completion time online. At one point a younger employee went back to check on my order and saw where no cheesy bread was being made. When food came out very late, cheesy bread was hot and pizza was cold. No feta on pizza. No one apologized or acknowledged the mistake. I should have asked for my money back after waiting 30 minutes on a slow week night. Customer service was very very poor. Mistakes happen. I understand that. You can at least tell your customers sorry when you make them wait half an hour for a cheesy bread.Do yourself a favor a go the grocery store and buy a frozen pizza and save yourself an hour of your life ordering, going to get the food, and then waiting 30 minutes for a large pizza and cheesy bread.

Quality and quantity are both five star! We had delivery. Our experience did not include atmosphere.

Pizza is always delicious, but it takes them longer than most other pizza places to have your order ready. So expect a longer than average wait time.

We ordered boneless chicken and got wings. Specifically, asked for dressing on the side, but got a soggy sandwich. This is the first real disappointment here, but both were disappointing.

Really love the pizza selections, for me Chicken Florentine is always a go to. My husband loves their Pepperoni Magnifico, definitely no lack of pepperoni! Sauces are balanced and not overwhelming, toppings could increase in volume, but I understand given the cost of certain products these days. I was a little disappointed that my order had some errors, Boneless Buffalo Chicken wings didn't get sauced... came dry and if I hadn't ordered an extra sauce, they would have just been glorified chicken nuggets. Our Chicken Caesar salads, they forgot the dressing. My 4 stars are really for the pizzas, as they are pretty good! Attention to detail is always tough on a Friday night, but that's when it counts the most!

This particular Marco's the pizza was exceptional in that I buy the exact same pizza in many Marco's locations. Sadly many are thrown together with no regard for visual appeal. Meaning if the pizza does not please my eye it probably will not please my palate. This particular location was a pleasent surprise in that the pizza looked as if the person making it knew the concept visuals are important. Make a long story short this was the best pizza I had at Marco's in 2 states. Well done and someone should use whoever made my order as a example of making a great pizza. "Thank you"

When this place opened up it was the best take out pizza available. It was always fresh and a great value. Over the past several years it has become horrible. Marco's Spanish Fort was a regular thing for us on Sunday evenings. Especially after a long day on the water or out enjoying ourselves. No longer is that the case. Last evening I ordered via Marco's app at 6:30pm. Simple order, medium pizza and a greek salad. Within two minutes I received a call from a blocked number stating that they were all out of salads and "what did I want to do?" No apology no "sorry for the incomvenience" No sorry we are out of salads three hous before closing somply "what did I want to do?". I asked that they simply remove the salad the tip from my credit card charge and to please make sure that the driver had a receipt when they delivered so I could confirm the charge had been removed. Another two minutes later I received another call from a "blocked" number and it was Marco's stating I'm sorry we are cancelling your order because "you removed the tip from the credit card charge". I had every intention of tipping in cash but wanted the receipt as confirmation, since the last several times they didnt even ring the dorbell when delivering. As of this morning the charge is still on my card and they were true to their word they DID NOT deliver because I chose to tip in person rather than by credit card. Note to the owner: Your staff in the evenings is not looking out for your business. When I drove to the restaurant to retrieve a copy of my receipt there were several staff members not in uniform, i.e. no nametags and no Marco's identifiers behind your counter eating in the food prep area. Zero customer service skills and zero care for sanitation. Such a shame that this particular unit has dropped in quality so drastically.

Ordered a small, deluxe, thin crust pizza with extra cheese, plus other pizzas, through DoorDash. When the food arrived the small pizza looked like a garbage Digiorno cheese pizza. I’m talking about worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. See the picture. When we called the store to get it fixed they said they did not have a driver to bring the right pizza and DoorDash would not help them (which is true). Brie, the manager on duty, said we could come get a replacement. No problem. Our daughter was on her way home and could swing by and get it. BUT, Brie’s boss has not empowered his employee to make a reasonable decision to replace the pizza they screwed up. Instead, they want US to bring THEM the pizza THEY screwed up and refuse to provide the pizza WE ALREADY PAID FOR unless we return the Chuck E Cheese garbage. And they admitted that they intend to immediately trash the pizza anyway.
