Worst service service I have ever experienced. Do not go to the Spanish fort locationDumb kid got my order wrong and didn't even have a personality to read my order back. Had two other experiences like this at the location. I will never give my hard earned money to this establishment again.

This location needs new management. They close and open whenever they want. I look at goggle and see when they close I’ll get there 40-30 mins before they close and they will tell me they are already closed. It’s 5:30am looked on google, it shows they are open, went by and no one would take my order. This is the only location where you never know when they will be open or closed. The food is good when they actually are open though which makes it more frustrating ??‍♂️

This location does not care about their customers. When I originally walked in, no greeting was given, as I stood by the register, waiting for someone to take my order each employee just watched me stand there without taking my order for about 20 minutes.. when you get the food its never hot, it’s either warm or cold . They have no respect towards their customers by the way they talk to them. As I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order another customer missing items from their order, came into the store from the drive-through to claim the missing items from her order. The employees at this location did not believe the customer. They kept saying “mhmm” “mhmm” “mhmm”. So you could tell that the customer got a little bit upset by the way the employees were talking to her. The employees realize that the the customer started getting upset based on the treatment they were receiving, so the customer was upset because they were not only missing items from their order but also from how the employees were talking to them and treating them.In customer service, customer satisfaction is #1. If you do not like working customer service, then they do not deserve to have the position to be the face of McDonald’s! McDonald needs to reconsider the people they have carrying their reputation!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. The server got my order wrong and the manager decided that it was my fault that it was wrong. She was very unkind and very unhelpful and I was more than willing to pay the difference to make it right but she acted as though I was the problem. I will never go back to this McDonald's again. Side note, all of the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was only the manager that treated me like a sub citizen.

This store is staffed horribly. Avoid this place. The employees vape inside the store, slam your orders on the counters and have zero customer service. Let’s not forget about their personal phone calls/facetimes being more important than the task at hand. No sense of management exists in the store.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. I try to go there sometimes because I work literally right next-door my last visit. I was stuck in the drive-through for 42 minutes. If I wouldn’t of been stuck in between two cars, I would’ve drove off, but I still never got my food nor did anybody ever even take my order and even on the days they do answer the intercom through the drive-through they never get the order right this place should be reported.
