I placed my order online and I gotta say how disappointed I am about the amount of food I got. I've ordered from O'Charley's on Airport before and was very happy, but this place in Daphne couldn't even fill my mashed sweet potatoes halfway up the cup. Instead I got a quarter or a cup and 3 very small pieces of fish. For $16, I feel ripped off. My husband got a smash burger and fries. His order had maybe a handful of fries and everything was greasy. Like they took a cup of grease and just poured it over everything. Needless to say, but there's no way I'll be going back to this restaurant. What a horrible experience. We spent $50 on 2 meals and a small unsweet tea. For the quality and portion of what we got, I shouldn't have even paid $20. Very disappointing.

We had a group of 12 adults for lunch. Our drink orders as well as our meal orders were varied, but our server (Harmony) did an excellent job. She was friendly, efficient, accurate, and timely.This was our 3rd visit to this location, with groups of 6-12 each time. We’ve had the same server each time.This was at the Daphne, Alabama, location. Our server was named Harmony; what an appropriate moniker for her!Harmony certainly represents your restaurant well.Vegetarian options: Nice selection, prepared well and seasoned appropriately.
The person who was supposed to open the doors was late but friendly, our server was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was good...nothing great or outstanding but I didn't go there expecting it to be, based on other O'Charleys I had been to.?♀️Parking: I will say that the restaurant is in my least favorite shopping center so while there might be plenty of free parking, you could die trying to get to one of them on a Saturday or Sunday with all of the cars zipping around on the way to Starbucks

My son decided he wanted to go to our local O’Charley’s in Daphne for his 15th birthday dinner. I was hesitant due to a previous experience but decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went, and I attribute it primarily to our host/server/bartender, Tristen. She was simply amazing. She greeted us at the host stand, we were a party of 8, which meant she had to bus and pull tables together. She seated us and then told us she would also be our server and bartender. She was pleasant and efficient, all the while taking care of the door and several other tables. It is rare to find an employee that would so deftly handle that type of load, especially with a smile on their face.I know good help is hard to find, especially these days, and she is definitely a keeper.We just wanted to let the manager, Paul, and corporate know what a treasure she is to have on your team.Both my husband and I worked for O’Charley’s for many years, in fact I opened this store over 20 years ago, so we are very aware of how rough it can run when you’re short staffed but Tristen didn’t miss a beat.Thank you for a great experience.

Of all the restaurants I’ve ever been to this one has left the worst taste in my mouth. I ordered food to go for my whole family, and my meal was over salted to the point it was inedible. I imagine someone spilled a salt shaker over it. I called and they asked me to bring the food back for a refund. I returned the food, but they never refunded my money. I was told it would be automatically be refunded to my bank account. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time to return the food. This place is a rip off.

The service we were given was so friendly and welcoming. The food was great. The server's name was Kaitlyn she was so very nice.
This time I ordered the barbecue quesadillas. They were so good with that pulled pork. Smoky good and with the salsa and sour cream on the side. The quesadilla was crunchy the barbecue sauce just had an excellent flavor with cheese. I highly recommend this quesadilla. The service was nice and friendly.
