I called Pizza Hut twice to get some pizza for the Super Bowl and they hung up on me both times so I wouldn't call the Pizza Hut in Daphne for their new Honey Pizza that they just had a commercial for Super Bowl

I ordered a pepperoni melt and when it was delivered to my house, I received not only the melt but someone’s blue finger nail sitting in the box. Absolutely disgusting. ??

Placed an online order, called them after hour and half after it said it had been out for delivery. After a long phone call trying to track my order, they told me they had no idea why it had not been delivered and said they’d remake it and send it out. I spoke with their manager Angel and said I’d like to remove the tip since no compensation was offered for it being late. She ended up arguing with me over my decision, which lead to me canceling the whole order. Took another 5 minutes on the phone with her to do that.Poor customer serviceLook what showed up in my driveway this morning. My pepperoni pizza. Thank you Pizza Hut!

I was glad to have a Pizza Hut back again, but I have problems every single time with them. They’re always out of pan crust, so I order early to schedule delivery at a later time. Also, they’re out of mushrooms almost every time. I’ve gotten calls numerous times stating that and asking if I’d like something else.Once or twice, I get it, but every single time is ridiculous. I wish I had the owner/franchisee’s name and number. I keep getting notifications that they’ll make it right or offer something as compensation, but it never happens.I used to love Pizza Hut, but I hate this location.

Got a dinner box last night and opened it up and the breadsticks had NOTHING on em. Just dry...no butter or seasoning... Just dry bread...DRY AND HARD... Didn't even have a marinara sauce..no icing for cinnamon sticks either! Ordered the pizza with LIGHT sauce but clearly someone can't read because it was so much sauce on it!!! It was BEYOND disgusting. Crazy that it wasn't caught before order left the restaurant....
