Advertised as being open until 9pm - this was even posted on the door. Me and my family (including 3 grandsons) showed up at 8:30pm this past Saturday. The employee literally shut the store down while we were standing at the door about to walk in. If you are going to advertise a closing time of 9pm on Saturday, you should honor it. It would have been nice if the employee would have at least opened the door and said something. They simply locked the door and turned off the lights. Very unprofessional.

I went to the Hwy 90 Daphne Smoothie King location on Sunday the 3rd of September at about 4:00. 2 young men were working, one had a blender with fruit in it and the other was washing something in the sink. I said hi to the one working in the front with the blender. Neither he nor the other guy didn't even acknowledge my presence. I gave them a couple of minutes and turned and walked out. I like smoothies but will never return to this store. Good luck staying in business.

Worst experience at this location by far. The staff was standing around laughing when I walked in to use the restroom and pick up the smoothies I ordered in the app. I was told I needed to pay before using the bathroom. I had already PAID in the app! The bathrooms were locked and the key was offered to me after several laughs. Do better for paying customers! This was such a disappointment compared to the other times I’ve been at this location.
Rude people, overpriced for the product you get. Ordered a medium and they poured a small in a med cup. Then said they make all larges and throw the extra away…. What? Don’t even waste your time with these people.
