Subway tastes like subway the food wasn’t bad. It was the employees they were all rude.Ignored us as we walked in. We stood there a good 7 minutes while someone washed dishes in the hand washing sink. And another guy cutting vegetables. None of which should have affected someone from saying welcome to subway we will be with you in a moment. I went to the restroom while my friend remained the only person inline. I returned still nothing as I’m about to walk out the lady turns around. Says what do you need? Smh we ordered I should have just left.One thing I do is tip someone that serves me food. Even at fast food not only restaurants. I never understood why people don’t do that but needless to say. Subway did not get any tips from me that day! Be kind people!

This afternoon I needed a last minute party tray for a baby shower. In desperation I called the store and spoke to the owner, Mr. Tim Ellzey, and asked if he could help.He said he was away from the store but would have his staff begin immediately!His staff member Blake did such a wonderful job with preparing my order. He was kind, spoke respectfully and put great care into my order.Everything turned out perfect and was a hit at the baby shower!It’s really refreshing to be tended to in the way that I was today. I will definitely be back!A very special thank you to Blake and Mr. Ezlley! You two saved the day!

I've been to this Subway multiple times in the past & food & service was good. Went today for a footlong roast beef and a footlong rotisserie chicken. They were out of both. Substituted ham & turkey instead. The spinach was standing in water & nasty. Asked for fresh spinach. It was an ordeal but finally got fresh spinach on both sandwiches.

I do not recommend this place!! It used to be my favorite stop in Daphne until today. I went in to get 2 sandwiches. As I was talking to the worker I was looking at the cheese and noticed hair was on it and I told her. She removed the slice of cheese and continued working. I get my sandwiches quickly and go home. When I get home I notice I have a fly in my food. I called the store in a very nice manner just to notify whoever was on duty. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. He asked me,” If I was trying to do get all my food free?” I laughed and told him no. I actually wasn’t coming back. I could have been very disrespectful because I paid for food not flies. Due to his rudeness I decided to notify others of my findings instead of keeping between me and the restaurant. Please stop assuming people want things free. I still have the sandwich. I didn’t order a full meal. I bought 2 six inch sandwiches.

This would be a fantastic place for a Subway. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I go to get a sandwich, they are closed. 7:00 PM, prime dinner time, closed. 3:00 PM, closed. I have also had multiple issues with chip bags being already opened/popped and I didn't realize until I got home with my meal. I live and work close to this location so it was super convenient and I gave them every opportunity to make me change my mind about this location but they do not seem to care about their customers whatsoever. As inconvenient as it may be, I doubt that I ever eat at this Subway again.

The new owners/staff are AWESOME! I have lived in Lake Forest for 40 years and have frequented this particular Subway since they opened. The new owners/staff have definitely improved this location!!! The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff is polite. This is the ONLY Subway location I visit. Keep up the good work!
This location is great! It’s sad ex employees bring up lies and taunt the owner when they were the issue. Always fresh food, and great value.

Both Abigail and Gabriella are employees at a competing Subway intentionally causing damage to my Subway by making these erroneous claims. There is a reason that we have a 100% score on our Baldwin County health rating. As for racism my family is a blended family meaning biracial. Gabriella told me off one time telling me that I don’t pay my employees. She said she had heard that. It’s kind of funny since I use the same payroll service since last June that her Subway uses. I am a paper trail person for documentation of everything that I do because I’m required to by law. As for these erroneous claims, I don’t know why they’re intentionally trying to damage my business. We have done nothing to the Subway located in Daphne on 98. We have done nothing to these two particular employees of that store that they would come into my store, lying that they are former employees at Subway to obtain a job to come in and try to find out information to espouse it onto Google reviews in such a negative light to cause intentional damage.
