Staying at Hilton Garden Inn for one night. The exterior is lit up and there is plenty of parking around the Hotel. The lobby is bright and open. The room we are staying in is large enough for a family. There is an office in the front with a couch that converts to a bed with a TV. There's plenty of room in there to store luggage and still move around. There is a small kitchen type area with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The closest is small but large enough to store one bag and hang up a few items. I'm a little disappointed at the bathroom. It's a little small and has a tub shower which seems a bit dated compared to the rest of the room. They also only gave us three shower towels. We usually have at least four towels provided in our rooms. The positives are that there is liquid soap, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and the mirror counter was decent. As you walk past the closet you get to the bedroom which has two beds, some shelving, and a TV. The beds are comfortable and the blankets provide warmth. The pillows are soft and comfy. It's a nice place to stay and bigger than most rooms I've stayed in with my husband and two teens. It's a good Hotel for an overnight stay.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. They have a small bar down stairs. Free Tip - It's cheaper to order a la carte for breakfast than to pay for the buffet. There are plenty of places near the hotel to eat, and it's easy on and off access to get on the highway. I ordered via Door Dash as the weather was bad for most of my week. Not knowing the area, I felt it was safer.

Speaking on phone with the lady was great and easy. Checking in was great and easy as well. Room with 2 queen beds was very big same as the bathroom. The pool felt like a hot tub and one of the workers said it wasn't heated which was not true because not pool feels like a hot tub unless it's heated then another worker said she'll tell the manger to turn it down so it was heated lol but very nice place!!

it's a hotel restaurant, so the atmosphere and service were what you'd expect. We waited for a little longer than expected, but the food was good enough to make it up to us.

Great hotel for when you're traveling through on the highway! Convenient to food places. Breakfast is $10 per person so we skipped that and just got something once we got back on the road. Would stay here again if in town again.

Chef Jeff cooked perfect mahi mahi with braised kale… and the dessert had the perfect balance of sweet and airy lightness which had me polishing off the entire plate.If you’re in the area or just driving through, this is a stop you won’t regret making.

Absolutely a dump. It's a shame this property has the Hilton name on it. Good location. Room was not clean. No housekeeping service. Did not even change towels. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Price was very high. Don't stay here.

This particular Hilton Garden Inn is very convenient. It is just off of Interstate 10 and there are plenty of restaurant options, shopping options and pretty much everything that you could want either within walking distance or at the very worst, a short drive. One good thing about Hilton is that their properties remain relatively consistent. While other hotels Mike Berry and their quality and appearance, Hilton does maintain strict guidelines and make sure that their properties follow those guidelines. The staff here are very friendly and professional and the hotel over wall was a pleasant stay. As I said, there are plenty of amenities to enjoy as far as location goes. It is also a convenient run to the nearby city of Mobile, Alabama if that is where either business or pleasure is taking you. I would definitely recommend this location. I ended up staying for a couple of days and had no issues or even remotely anyting that I could point at at the negative. This property all-around is a general winner. Again, I highly recommend it.

Bed was squeaky and hard. Pillow was sort of soft. Room was clean but we had a HUGE Palmetto bug (Cockroach) in our room. It was alive! I paid $160 for this room and definitely should've stayed somewhere else! I've never experience bugs in a hotel room and didn't expect it at a Hilton! Also, I paid for a breakfast voucher, but didn't want to after the bug incident, and they wouldn't refund. I've stayed other places that were way better in Daphne for less. Won't stay here again.

We Are loyal diamond customers with Hilton. Just spent a week at the HGI in Riverview/Brandon Florida. We had booked for a night but stayed a week! It was excellent. Booked at this HGI expecting similar experience. What a let down. We entered lobby that was ok and approached desk. My husband said hello and after an uncomfortable delay the woman (Ivy) without looking up stated " what can I do for you" in a very uninterested tone! My husband asked if she had a room for "blank." Without saying another word she made one card and placed on counter, we asked if we could get a second card. Obviously annoyed she made another card, put on counter and walked to back!!! Not a single pleasant word. Never have been treated so rudely! Later as passing through lobby over heard clerk telling the UPS man that she was tired of dealing with crabby, rude guests! Look in the mirror. Now on to room, it was ok. Large room, beds and bedding comfortable enough and seemed clean. Negative was that the air was off so room was hot and smelt musty! Bathroom looked clean but had pinkish mold growth around part of it! Went down to use pool but as I approached elevator a young man pushing laundry cart appeared also. When elevator opened he immediately entered without a word! Just a thought Customer care and service! I waited for next...More Date of stay: September 2021
