Dear Whataburger,First of all, I’m the biggest Whatafan ever. I came and dined the day after “Ben” visited your store! So, I’ll make this quick. Sunday afternoon around 5:30 pm, I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes before I ordered. Then another 10-12 minutes before 2 burgers & 1 order of fries were delivered.The workers were friendly and trying, but dang! We pulled over to the Lowe’s parking lot to find that one burger was prepared incorrectly and both burgers were STONE COLD. You guys are better than this!Efficient drive through process is not rocket science, if you need tips call the Chick Fil A squad?.Manager, please coach your team up, so we don’t have to drive to Foley for our Whata fix!You can do it. Service was extremely slow. Waited 5 min at order window for someone to take order. Place was not busy. Only ordered three tenders and small fry and it took 35 min to get food. I have been to nice set-down restaurants that was crowded and got food faster. Definitely poor management.

We visited tonight (Easter) around 10 pm and didn’t expect great service considering, but we were pleasantly surprised. Tyon greeted us at the window with a big smile and seemed eager to ensure we received the best service. He is a great employee and will go far in life with the amount of pride he takes in doing a good job. Also, the food was great. We will be back.

On my trip from Florida to Louisiana, we stopped at this whataburger location.Clean, fast,friendly, and fresh. Those are the words that easily explain this location.I've been at this Whataburger location before but only used the drive thru and nothing special about that visit, but my last was very good and this will now be my go to road trip to New Orleans whataburger stop.
