Me and my family went to Arby's on spring Ave around 8 pm to 8 30 pm. We were missing a drink and the lady at the window looked at me like I was crazy. A male came to the window really nice and asked what we were missing. We told him we had 6 drinks but only got 5. He give us our drink that was missing. Thank you to him. They do not mark their drinks, they did not give us our sauces we wanted, the meat on our sandwiches was raw and cold and our fries were to. We will not be back over there.

Ordered 2 boneless orders of wings. They had us pull up and wait. We waited got our food only find cold hard boneless wings and very little fries which was cold as well... So I am trying to figure out why we had to wait so long just to get cold food. I also tried to call twice, no answer. They were nice but served cold food.

Do NOT use your debit card at this location. went thru on the 15 th and it took 30 min in line . told it was trouble with the card reader. went thru 9/16/23 total bill was $11.76 . hit my debit again for $13.40 . Not even going to bother to try and get it back. Will never use a debit here again.
Food was good, I had roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries and a Dr.Pepper, my friend had brisket sandwich, curly fries and coke. Service was great, friendly and fast, the general manager waited on us. The store was very neat and clean, well stocked with supplies ( straws, napkins, ketchup, sauces and salt n pepper) you need.The music ? left something to be desired, really the only thing I was unhappy about, and it wasn't all that bad.Parking: Handicap parking ?️ right up front with ramp, places at the tables for wheelchair seating.
Seven people in the restaurant including myself; one car in the drive through and four or five emplyees 'working.' Ordered a $5.00, six (6 ) Bonless wing meal with fries. Cost after ringing up $10.00? Somewhere the '$5.00 six (6) boneless wings' deal was lost... Seems order taker did not know about or was trying to pull a fast one on me. After many attempts she got it right for a total cost of $5.45. Asked for the Hot Honey Mustard sauce and after opening the meal box at the table they had drenched the wings with BBQ sauce... UGH! Is it that eff'ing hard? Kept the meal as is and will never return. The facilties looked like it had severe water damage as ALL ceiling tiles were stained and looked dirty. Restroom followed suit. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be embarressed. NEVER AGAIN!

I love the food and the staff was great the price is was a little bit higher but overall I think it was
I went through the drive through and got my usual, 4 buffalo chicken sliders. It took over 10 minutes to get it and the sliders were definitely not fresh. I wish I took pictures, they just looked bad.
