One of the best breakfasts I have had in a while in the Decatur area. The food was amazing and cooked exactly the way I wanted it. The cook definitely puts her heart and soul into what she does in the kitchen. I will definitely be back soon to try their lunch menu.

We are from the PNW but I used to live in the south a long time ago. I was craving some good ol fashion country soul food and this place all expectations. The batter used on the recipe for the meals is so delicious and tasty. We kept eating well after we were full. 3 musts, the honey hot wings (best wings in town), the battered shrimp (I've never had better shrimp), the fish (just get it, you will thank me). I could eat here every day. And the owner is there for you. They aim to please. Not to mention this place has the best prices in town. I will definitely visit Decatur again and we will most surely come back for the Best Taste in town!!

The fish had a very strong fishy taste and the grease looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while. The hush puppies are burned to a crisp and the macaroni and cheese tasted funny. Disappointed

3.5-4 stars. The meat in the Philly (I wouldnt call it a Philly as it was more like a steak bite sandwich on a hot dog bun) and the wings were very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fries were cooked exactly right but were inedible as they tasted strongly like old oil. The portions for the price were slightly smaller than expected.

If you’re ever in Decatur AL. This place is a must stop. The food looks amazing and tastes even better. If i could give more stars i would. My child is a picky eater and simply devoured her meal. Don’t play yourself if you’re ever in town eat here.??????

Coming from Wisconsin, I wanted to find a good local eatery for breakfast. Not only did the owner take my order but she went right back to the kitchen to make my food. The sandwiches I ordered were great! Very hospitable and the food quality was spot on. Thank you for a great experience of southern cooking!

One of the best breakfast places to eat in Decatur. 3 of us wanted breakfast and was going to go to a chain restaurant but decided to see what local restaurants Google showed us. Best Taste N Town popped up, we scrolled through the menu and pictures and decided to check it out. Pulled in the parking lot and there were only 2 cars total. We were skeptical but went in anyway. Greeted as soon as we walked in and told to have a seat. Customer service was Top 10! She recommended several breakfast foods and we decided on a sausage and egg biscuit, ham and egg biscuit, pancakes, chicken and pancakes and a sausage and egg on toast with potatoes. We were so glad that we had decided to eat there. The food, prices, and customer service was outstanding. We will definitely return!
