My wife and I had a horrible experience at your Danville Road location. Your staff was very rude to my obviously very pregnant wife. Half of my order was left off and when it was asked about I was given the smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen from y’all. Additionally, what we did receive was crammed in to-go bags when the first thing I said was “this will be for here.” Everyone who came in after us was given trays to eat there while ours was crammed in bags and boxes to take to our table. We visit your restaurant every holiday season when we travel to north AL, but we will not be back.
My meal was nice enough, but I asked for the WiFi password and was told WiFi was only for office use. I was offended because they had two WiFi icons. One said OFFICE, the other was presumably for the public. Hint to ANY restaurant: if you have WiFi visible, but tell customers they can’t use it, they’ll take that to mean u don’t trust them to use it.

Found the pulled pork bbq sandwich to be quite dry. Signature sauce was not to my taste so I was going to use some of the BBQ sauce but the lid was crusty. Maybe it was an off day.

What type of place is this?!?! I called to place a to go order for my 88 yr old bedridden grandmother and they answered the phone and immediately hung up! No words were exchanged to even receive this type of strange treatment but we all decided it's best to never patronize Big Bob Gibson Bar B-Q.
