Food was very good as usual. Service was very lacking. Waited 20 min for server to take our order. Took forever to get our food and it was warm people who got there after us received there food before us we didn't order anything out of the ordinary. Server never came back to fill drinks and I had to hunt her down to get our ticket about 10 min. Employees were just not friendly except where you pay. We love Bob Gibsons but will probably not visit often.

I usually try to take pictures of what I order but this time I was so hungry I just dug right in. ALSO, it tasted so good, I couldn't stop once I started ?The restaurant had some staffing issues so they didn't offer done in BUT they offered takeout which was awesome of them to do.I ordered the pulled pork sandwich slaw on it and the brisket sandwich with slaw on it along with a sweet tea.The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavor was out of this world. You know it's good when you don't need to add BBQ sauce to it. I did try their in house BBQ sauce though and it was delicious as well.The sweet tea was also good. Just the right about of sweet.There's a reason they have so many trophies lined up around the restaurant.Highly recommend Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q if you're looking for some real authentic bbq
The food is really good but the atmosphere and the service could've been better. They often mess up my drive thru order but I don't mind because the food is still good.

We usually love big bobs but here lately it’s not the same! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 beef potatoes and extra vinegar sauce. I did not receive my extra or any vinegar at all which is fine! But the meat was really dry, and I never thought I’d say this but it had a ridiculous amount of meat so it was kind of hard to enjoy the potato when I’m getting a mouthful of dry beef.

Loved this place. I am an out of towner from up north. My husband would describe me as a Yankee. I felt so comfortable here. Our waitress was patient and funny. The food was excellent... Loved the white BBQ sauce and the lemon icebox pie was delicious.
