Short staffed or not. There is no reason to be rude or rush someone. As someone that manages in the food service business I would never allow my employees to act this way!

This place needs a manager. A bunch of kids in there with zero customer service. Condiments were empty and toppings were not fresh. Skip this place by all means. $14 meal not worth it.

We tried Cheeseburger Bobby's on a whim, since burgers are my wife's favorite food. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and we were served quickly at the counter. Covid measures were in full effect. They provided tongs for the topping bar, had plenty of sauces and condiments, and even different seasonings for the fries. The burgers were good, but not great. I did like how you could customize them. The fries were not crisp and needed extra seasoning. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

After viewing all of the beautiful and inviting pictures of their food and ambiance on their website, I decided to take my friend's to this place for dinner. My Sports Medicine work brings me to Decatur about 10 times a year. I have been coming here for about 6 years now. In that time I have NEVER had a bad meal at any of the restaurants here.......and believe me I have pretty much tried them all. That streak ended tonight. I should have known when we drove up and nobody was in there. We walked in and went to the counter to order. My friends ordered and when my turn came, I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger with grilled onions. I told the young lady taking the order that I wanted it rare (which is how I eat my burgers). She stopped and went to the kitchen........she returned with a sawed off little weasel who I guess was the manager. He told her they didn't make rare burgers and literally ran away from me when I started towards him to discuss it. She took my order and put rare on the ticket. When we got our food, my burger was about the size or a regular McDonalds burger. The two thin little patties were burnt. The mushrooms were few and didn't taste good at all. There were three little pieces of grilled onion. I was staring at the absolute worst burger I have ever seen. I ate part of it while my friends ate. I ate a couple of fries (very average). The iced tea was kinda pedestrian as well. I don't know where they got the nice food and ambiance that they had on their website, but it damn sure wasn't at this restaurant. I give this place 6 months tops. They need to hire totally new staff, create the ambiance that they show on the website and get much better food than the overpriced slop they served me. There are a number of quality establishments in Decatur that will serve you quality food at a reasonable price........not this one!!!!! Don't waste your time and money. This place made me ashamed that my name is Bobby.

Ordered the 6 strip combo with onion rings....the strips were all very small and they didn’t give me onion rings gave me fries instead. The bread was burnt and they gave me one sauce when I asked for two different ones...I probably won’t go there again

My friends and I ordered some shakes, our shakes were fantastic and delicious, I highly recommend the Oreo shake!!
The food is just simply okay and be warned that they won’t let you get a milkshake with a kids meal even when you offer to pay more for it....which is extremely annoying especially when you have an Autistic child listening to you order and they freak because you can’t order exactly like they wanted you to. I don’t understand why you can get milkshakes with an adult meal and not a kids meal....especially when I will gladly pay whatever it costs for it!!!! Thanks for ruining this exhausted Moms night!

A solid 4 stars, just ordered the cheeseburger, all the way. As burgers go it was a step above. It did take a couple minutes but according to the sign on the building, they cook after the order is taken, For the premium price the burger was good. Not convinced my burger was right off the grill, but it was still pretty good and delicious . When I opened the clamshell...maybe they should been wrapped to stay intact ( see pic) lost a 5th star because of this...

Floor was sticky throughout. My chair actually stuck to the floor. Everyone that walked was sticking. The burger tasted like it had so much onion powder it just wasn't good. It was paper thin. I had previously been when they first opened and the burgers were thicker and better, but just not worth it to come back. Sorry, but just the truth.

Stopped in for ice cream after dinner. It was slooooww, but good. Still disappointed only vanilla custard but boy the dipped cone was good. The concretes also. The chocolate fudge shake would be much better if it was chocolate custard but it's decent. We'll come in again for desserts.
