Bought 2 for $6 offer getting two fish sandwiches....Though the fish portion of sandwich was so large it stuck out from the bun something didn't look, feel, & taste right.....so after two bites I decided to disassemble the fish patty....to my dismay I could only find a couple of small morsels of fish.....so at this point I disassembled the second sandwich and got the same results.....given the miniscule amount of actual fish in the sandwiches Burger King has the most expensive fish sandwiches in town masquerading as a 2 for 1 bargain deal.

I felt discrimination, the lobby had people in it, when I walked in the lady told me I wasn't allowed to come in and I had to go through drive through. Once I made my order, I had to wait for about 20 minutes to get my food while 3 others cars passed me and I had ordered was a Whopper combo.

Put in a mobile order and they waited until I got there to make it, so to be fair, it was fresh. The order was a little off, but they politely remade it for me, immediately, no questions asked. Great customer service.

My one issue is that the cashier was on her cell phone while takin the order. She was nice but as someone who trains people in customer service that is a big no. She just may need a little redirection so she know that isn’t acceptable.

Absolutely no excuse to have any wait time when there is no staffing issue. The young man who ran the evening drivethru window on 7/27 really does not want his job and that's coming from someone whose served the fast food in its entirety in kitchen and solo in drive thru for four years while still maintaining the professional and personable attitude expected from anyone who likes the roof over their head. Will never put money into this establishment on his attitude alone so thank that gentlemen for lost profits.
