Everyone,( regardless of what all of the cooks on tv say) doesn't like their food smothered in garlic. The service was slow and our order was wrong. The high point is the fries were good.

This was my first time and the burger was delicious. Tender and juicy. Fries was great also. Restaurant was clean. Only problem I had was the cashier was extremely rude. Got mine and my brothers order wrong and jerked the vibrating light out of my hand and when I asked where my brothers burger was he told me I only told him one and was very ugly about it. We also had a burger to go they didn't give me and when I asked about it he slung it across the counter with a mad look on his face so I told him he didn't have to be so rude. Another customer said he was rude to me too. Besides the horrible customer service it was good. Not sure if I'll be back though.

This place needs a manager. A bunch of kids in there with zero customer service. Condiments were empty and toppings were not fresh. Skip this place by all means. $14 meal not worth it.

We tried Cheeseburger Bobby's on a whim, since burgers are my wife's favorite food. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and we were served quickly at the counter. Covid measures were in full effect. They provided tongs for the topping bar, had plenty of sauces and condiments, and even different seasonings for the fries. The burgers were good, but not great. I did like how you could customize them. The fries were not crisp and needed extra seasoning. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

Mediocre food and terrible service. Staff didn’t even speak when addressed. Wouldn’t listen when I was trying to place an order. They were constantly playing in the back and ignoring customers. Five guys has better food and service. Hell, McDonald’s does.
