Have been waiting 2 hours for my food. Called the store he said oh were busy yours is on the list. After it said only 35 minutes. He said well should have Saud 2 hours. Well 2 hours later no food delivered but took the money off of my card.

I placed my delivery order at 5:13 it was picked up by my husband at 6:50. I called and was on hold for 40 min and when i finally got an answer my husband was already on his way. The girl lied and said it was out for delivery when in fact my husband picked it up in store. So I over paid with a delivery fee and a tip. They didn’t deserve either one. Off you are under staffed them don’t deliver make it pick up only. Don’t lie to customers.

Placed order at about 4:45 PM. Was told it'd be a 20 to 30 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes outside. Went inside. Didn't get my food till about 6:00 PM. Still paid full price for my 2 medium pizzas and order of crunch cakes.Be better.

Jacob is an amazing delivery driver. He is always on time and always very friendly. He really does an awesome job!
This is the second time I’ve placed an order and went to the drive thru to pick up and they just sit there and look at me and never come to the window. I understand being busy, but there was no acknowledgment of my presence whatsoever. No “we’ll be with you soon” or “just one minute”, NOTHING but stares from 3 different employees. After about a 10 minute staring contest I go home …with no food.
