If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are extremely slow, don’t pay attention to orders. I went through the drive thru, had to go in and it was still wrong after I repeated myself 4 different times. Everyone at this store needs to be retrained and the manager was just in there laughing and didn’t bother to come help them once. Very very poor at being attentive and very poor customer service. I’ve given this store many chances but this was the final straw

The Staff are VERY VERY friendly , The new workers are the best I’ve seen by far. The younger girl with braids She was doing so much when I walked in. Definitely deserves a raise. Not disappointed any time I go.

This place is absolute dog water. Our last six [if not more] trips have been fruitless due to being "out of ice cream", the 'freezer is broken', or, if the sun is down, "the milkshake machine is down."Save your time & the trip & go to Kaleidoscoops on 6th or DQ in Priceville.Used to be a nice spot with good service but over the last two years it has become a betting game of "what's the excuse this time?"

Refuses to pay employees, behind the counter the store is disgusting with spoiled food all over the floor

Slow, service and employees. Probably a little too stoned to be at work. Had to repeat our order multiple times to multiple people to get the four items we ordered. One person wasn't even in any kind of uniform so who knows if she actually worked there. Honestly just a really annoying experience.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts! They treated my two babies and my besties babies absolutely amazing! The two who took our order were so patient with our little as we all had gift cards and each kid got to stand in line and make their very own purchase. The two up front were so kind and even helped them through the entire process and treated them as if they drove themselves up there and ordering as a grown adult it made our children’s night and totally won us mamas over with you all smiles and kindness and our kids “surprise shakes” were totally wonderful and super yummy. Thank you to Landon, Melissa, and Chloe. I know there were a few more there, and unfortunately, I didn’t get all of your names, but as a team, you all treated us so kind, and we appreciate it very much, but I will definitely never forget the impact very two who took our orders left on our kiddos hearts and our mama hearts with their smiles, kindness and how patient they were with our babies I truly cannot appreciate you all and your service this afternoon more.

Brought my sons in for ice cream after dinner. It was 7:35 and we were refused service even though the hours are until 8… because they had already started “cleaning” so whatev nothin I can do about it but leave a bad review… didn’t rate the food cuz I wouldn’t know ?‍♀️

I believe the name was Marcus. He was a young black man and all I have to say was that he was just a joy. I will continue to come back because of people like him. Sometimes all you need is a smile and he delivered that along w my coffee! Thank you Marcus we need more people like you!

I have given this store several chances. Our most recent visit was yesterday, a Saturday. There were only 2 customers there. Me and my 2 young children have never been greeted upon arrival. The employees wouldn't even look at us. We patiently waited for the 2 customers ahead of us to order and receive their orders. We thought we were next.. however, one of the customers came back in and proceeded to order more. And the employees continued to ignore us. The other customer also decided to add another milkshake to her order. Everyone who has ever been with kids at an ice cream shop knows that they are dying to order. However, I ended up telling them that we would have to get a treat somewhere else. Unfortunately, the employees probably didn't even notice we left.Once outside I decided maybe we would try the drive through. We'll, that didn't work either. We sat there for several minutes and nobody ever asked to take our order. Again, we left.This is the 3rd time we have tried to get ice cream from here. All 3 times, we weren't greeted, stood there for an un-godly amount of time, and left with nothing.

My wife and I have tried to get milkshakes from here on 3 separate visits over the last couple months, and all three times, they haven’t been able to make milkshakes for various reasons.

Terrible. Attitudes, rude, etc. Coffee was lukewarm and wasn't even close to what I asked for. Blank stares, laughing, wearing hoodies, zero customer service. Weird experience all around. Never again.
