This is one of my favorite places to visit. I like the fact that everyone there is super kind and courteous. They know my name, drinks and the way I like them! I just recently got relocated and will stop by anytime I’m in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! We go through the drive through. Stay in our vehicle, there is some outdoor seating. This is our third trip, we have had hot breves and blended breves, it's like a coffee that tastes like dessert.Workers are courteous.

Great employees who are very nice, this location was very busy but it was definitely worth the wait, I ordered the tropical blended lemonade drink and the strawberry lemonade blended drink. This location has a sitting area outside which is really nice.
I have always been a loyal Dutch Bros fan! The employees here are polite and the drinks are always great. The only problem is this line moves the slowest out of any DB I've been to from other states. Maybe they need more people scheduled more often and need multiple people tending to a long line like other locations do. I have noticed people will get tired of waiting and drive away!

Delicious coffee! Have had the Golden eagle, Popping boba vanilla freeze,and Double rainbro blended. Drive thru is fast. Also has 2 benches and tables outside if you are ordering at the window. Always friendly service. We stop in whenever we go to Decatur. ? Don't forget to download their app for rewards!

I am originally from Oregon and Idaho. I'm a huge dutch bros. fan. I use to go 2 times a day. When I moved to Alabama 5 years ago I couldn't find any coffee around here that came even close to what dutch bros. Offers. So when I herd they were coming here to Alabama I was so excited. I couldn't wait. My first visit to the Decatur location was awesome. It was right after they opened up. It Was just like I remembered it. Atmosphere and quality of the product. It is about 60 miles from where I live. I have gone there 3 more times since then. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. EACH VISIT SINCE THEN WAS PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT TO DUTCH BROS STANDARDS!!! THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE. THE FUN, ENERGETIC, LOUD MUSIC, AND OVERALL ATMOSPHERE THAT DUTCH BROS IS KNOW FOR ( IT'S A DUTCH BROS REQUIREMENT) IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. I AM SO MAD THAT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY RUINED DUTCH BROS. I WAS EMBARRASSED WHEN I TOOK MY FRIENDS, AND MY FAMILY( ON SEPARATE TRIPS) THERE. I RANTED AND RAVED ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND COFFEE. WHAT A LET DOWN. SHAME ON YOU. WE SPENT ABOUT $35 EACH TIME. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO LIVE UP TO THE STANDARDS THAT DUTCH BROS IS KNOW FOR, THAN YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR NAME OR CLOSE. I AM ALSO SENDING A COPY OF THIS REVIEW TO CORPORATE IN GRANTS PASS, OREGON.

Coming from Oregon/Washington, I was so excited to be able to have Dutch Bros close to where I live now. Been to the Decatur location twice. The first visit, the girl taking orders was not necessarily rude, but was not friendly. The coffee was a bit bitter, like the broista did make it correctly. Went back today and while waiting in line, the girl who was supposed to be taking orders was off visiting somewhere. She gets to us and is rude as can be, we ended up driving off before we ordered. Needless to say, this is nothing like the real Dutch Bros experience you get in the area it was first created. It really surprised me because people in this area tend to be more friendly in general but Dutch Bros prides itself on having friendly, happy, fun people working there and not at all what I experienced at the Decatur location. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for friendlier, better trained staff in Huntsville. If they are like Decatur, I will wait until I visit the west coast to get them again.

I drive all the way from Oneonta for my DB fix, having grew up out west where DB are quite popular, its the closest I can go to get my great coffee, staff is always friendly but they never have enough stickers at the first of the month. Cant wait till they open the other locations in Alabama.
