Management.As soon as you left at 7:50, the back turned their Hispanic music way up and it became a noisy mess in the dining room as the 2 musical competed. Then the girls up front claimed you were out of whipping cream as one smirked at the other. 3/20/24. Had to ask for whipping cream and cherry on my husband's sundae. They skipped mine all together.

We had the most amazing quality meal last night! Excellent, hot, fresh and super fast. I should have taken a picture. Burgers was perfectly cooked, all special requests were exactly right. Fries were piping hot, fresh out of the fryer and it was just awesome.Kid-friendliness: Restaurant was super clean, booths and chairs/tables available. Went with a 4 year old and 7 year old - both liked their food very much!

Ordered single steak burgers,leg cheese curds,2 soft serve vanilla 2 scoopsActually got:2double steak burgersCheese curds were dripping cooking oil.Hot fudge sundae???Did not see the errors or the receipt till I got home.Now I know why they don't give a receipt along with change.Always hard to order at drive thru.
Very bad Leo Manager was very rude and just ignored me and walked off and I had a problem with the food was told by the other manager zyan the night be for when I called her and told her about my food she was nice an understanding and told me to come back the next time I’m in Decatur and she would refund me or make my food up and she would be be working tomorrow so when drove back to the restraint on 12/31/23 the the next day and was told she’s was not working and talked to Leo and he was rude and would not do what I was told and walked off .I called the store and asked for the corporate number the lady ask him the manager Leo what the corporate number was and I heard him ask if that is the same guy he just talked toShe ask me if I was the one that just talked to Leo I said yes she told him yes Loe told her to tell me to look it up or Google it and call hung up phone on me I then tried looking up the number but was not able to find one so I called the Madison store and talked to Andrew and he said he would talk to his DM and would have him to call me that he or the or manager would and will get me the refund I was due but have not heard from that manager yet !

Ordered a spicy chicken with lettuce and tomato, it wasn’t spicy and there was a pathetic amount of lettuce on it and a single tomato. Ordered gummy worms on shake, no gummy worms. The food was still good, but I’m just a bit sad that it wasn’t correct all the way. Pretty Mid.
