They don't have the ThickBurger anymore, they either close or closing at 2pm in Decatur & Moulton Alabama when i use up this Gift card i buy another, just close them all they used to be the best??

This site is just rude! Went through Friday last week internet was down so they ran my card 3 times! Never did go through! So later on that evening I look an sure enough billed 3 times.of course they didn't make it right as of now I'm still waiting on my refund. Go through this morning an request that the food be made fresh and the manager starts slinging bags an just completely acts idiotic! I will not be back to this place! I will go hungry first! ✅ The reviews on this place! I'm not the only person with issues with this site! They really need to do something about the employees here they really do suck at there job

Got a Cinnamon& Raisin Biscuit, very small amount of Iceing and only could eat the middle part it was sooo hard .Very disappointed.

Hardee's used to be the best place to get breakfast. I mean those women who used to go in to work 3am 4am to make fresh biscuits for the day and the lines of people inside and out. Chatter of everybody talking is nostalgic but.....I don't see success in the future. You have allowed the type of people you hire to represent you ruin what once was the standard for breakfast. Hell, the only place to get breakfast. There is no way people will continue to spend money where they are treated as if your representatives act as if they are doing the customer a favor handing over high prices leftovers and lip along with it. They can't even get orders right. These people's ways ruined an icon. I hate it. But I'll never return and looks like Im not alone. I left chic filet with hot fresh breakfast that made me feel appreciated for spending my hard earned money. Listen, it is so much easier to buy the higher priced food when it's consistently fresh and they are always sweethearts no matter busy or not. They always have 2 lines moving on 31 south and never once messed up an order..never everAnyway. The picture is Hardee's down the road this morning around 7.30am when all the other fast food places were packed. I thought they were closed. It is the people you hire that's ruined and American icon and don't see Hardee's making a comeback. I don't see it lasting long. Hardee's and Kentucky fried chicken. Your people can't treat people as if we come to buy food at a bad time. That's just d****

Worst Hardee's I've ever been to have no idea why corporate still has this store open. There never busy yet it takes the 20 minuets to do an order. Last time I was here they were out of gravy Now there out of biscuits. If I could give you zero stars I would. Maybe the owner should spend some time in this store and get it running correctly.
Food was cold and fries were burnt and old so not worth it.

I went though the drive though this morning wanting to order breakfast but the menu was still on the lunch dinner meals and when I told the person on the speaker that I didn’t know what I really wanted because the menu wasn’t for breakfast meals I was told to order because she wasn’t coming out there in the dark to change the menu so I drove off one customer lost
