Our food greasy/soggy. The cheese dip was cold and the "large" wasn't very large. Our waiter seemed pretty disinterested in us. After taking our order he never came back to check on our drinks. I had to flag him down for refills and again for our check. The chicken on my nachos looked/tasted like it came from a can and the beef tasted like it has been cooked way earlier in the day.This was our first, and likely last visit here. There are a LOT of Mexican restaurants in town, so I suggest going to another.

Amila was the woman who waited on me and she was so nice. The food is nicely priced for the amount you get and the food was amazing some of the best red sauce in town. I will be back to enjoy more food. The sweet tea was also REALLY good. Thank you for the great experience.
We were a party of 3 and they sat us at the biggest booth there. My steak had more fat than meat. I couldn't even eat.

We ordered carry out. It was ready upon arrival for a quick check out. After a 10 minute drive home, everything was still hot and tasted great. We will definitely order again.

I am deeply disappointed with the recent customer service experience at Las Vias As a long-standing and loyal customer, I expected better treatment when I encountered an issue. However, the staff's lack of care and the manager's failure to resolve the problem left me feeling undervalued and unheard. It is disheartening to see a business I have supported for so long show such indifference towards its customers. I hope that Las Vias takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service practices, as this incident has left a lasting negative impression on me as a patron.
