I just got hung up on. I guess because I asked for special was on . It was a young lady with a very poor attitude and little to no public relations training. The worst service I have had this year.

Service was excellent from the customer service to delivery of order at finish and with various pizzas all were fresh, hot, and delicious.
Well I ordered online. According to the app my order has been in the oven for over an hour. Walk in the store to check on the status and the lobby is absolutely packed. No one seems to be getting food and leaving. The staff behind the counter after about 15 minutes of me standing there comes up and asks what they can do for me. I explain I have an online order so does the gentleman behind me. He walks back to the back like he was going to look into it. Nothing else he just went back to doing what ever he was prior. Look around the corner and one girl making the dough makes a pan or 2 then gets on her phone shoots a text or something. Makes another pan or 2 same thing. Charger all over the prep table. Oblivious. For all these people sitting in here I have yet to see but 1 order go out in the over 30 minutes I've been standing in this store. I don't know what happened here but they need help.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to order, only to have them tell me they close in 20 minutes and they could not cook anything else because they had to clean up. My 10 minute wait time was without anyone ahead of me.

Sometimes when going through the drive-thru you are told the wait time will be 20 to 30 minutes. Got an extra most bestest today and there was no extra or bestest which happens from time to time at this location, but it is right down the road from where we live so we usually just stuck it up because when it's good it's good.

Girl at the window was super rude, told me the wait time then it was 30 mins later and when I went in to ask what the hold up was she went WELP that's what I was told so... Safe to say I won't be coming here

This Little Ceasers is a flat out JOKE!!! Employees rudely refused to serve us at 8:36pm tonight. When the sign CLEARLY STATES CLOSES AT 9PM!! THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED LIGHTS OFF AND WAS HANGING OUT IN THE BACK OBVIOUSLY IGNORING US LAUGHING AND POINTING!! THE WORSE PART IS THERE WERE 3 PIZZAS STILL IN THEIR WARMING OVEN. I NEVER AGAIN AND I MEAN NEVER WILL GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT PERIOD! ID RATHER LITERALLY STARVE TO DEATH. THEN TO SUPPORT THIS STORE!! HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES!! SHOULD BE FIRED THE WAY THEY ACTED AND TREATED NOT ONLY US BUT OTHER PEOPLE TOO... CALLING MAIN OFFICE IN THE MORNING!!!

This is the slowest Little Ceasers I’ve been to. Called to figure out why I was waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes and could hear employees making smart comments in the background when the boy who answered asked what was going on with the drive through. They really need to hire some more mature people to work or at least make sure that there is a properly trained manager on site at all times. This isn’t the first time I’ve had and issue here either.

Drive thur was really slow. Ask what I wanted at the speaker and then asked again at the window after waiting 30 minutes in the line. Not very happy. I used to run a little Caesars in Fayetteville Ga. So by the I to the window they should have had the food ready.
