Food was good, love their parmesan crusted chicken, potato, mac'n'cheese, & corn on the cob. Fiancé didn't care for their NY strip steak, said it tasted like a hamburger steak & that just isn't what you want when you think NY strip. I'm pretty sure they are short staffed or something because we waited forever for our food & to be able to leave. We almost left without eating because it took 30-45 minutes to get our food, then when she come got the check she was gone for like 10 minutes with our card... I was so tired of sitting & waiting. Sat for so long my legs started to hurt. There definitely wasn't any urgency, don't go if you expect fastness. I get it's a sit down restaurant, but I didn't expect to spend an hour & 45 minutes there. & spend $60 for 2. Cracker barrell does better & cheaper for more food & less wait time, even when short staffed. Just my opinion.They also sat a birthday party next to us, when there was a very big clear opening meant for a birthday party closer to the back, but that is also just my opinion. It could of been a better experience.

This was my 1st time going here. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated. Then another 30-40 waiting on food. My New York strip came out far too charred and tasted like hamburger steak. Our server was very slow about everything aswell. We had screaming babies in the room aswell. Unfortunately, not the best experience and I would not reccomend it myself.

Very dissapointed in everything I waited 55 minutes on an entree an I had 1 hour break..for lunch u guys please tell me why I needed to wait 55 minutes for a entree I'm beyond upset.
Waited on hostess a little to long. Waitress in beginning was helpful then later forgot us. We sat there waiting to get to go boxes and a check. To go boxes way too small for t bone....waited again....she notice I couldn't close box and brought new to go boxes the same size again. I said forget it I just want to go now! I spend more time waiting on my Waitress than I actually spent eating my food....and this was early when they just open. Why spend this high price when service is soon bad!!

We love this place but, unfortunately, it is not as good as it used to be. I definitely understand that being short-handed with staff is always a bad thing. Waiting time for everything has triple. Hopefully, everything is gonna be back to normal soon. Food is still excellent as always, so that's a relief!

I tend to come to LongHorn quiet often so when I chose it for my birthday I was super excited. We arrived and got our table in no time. That was the only thing good about the whole experience..we sat at the table for 25minutes before anyone came to get a drink order which was the host. Then we got bread and no plates from the host. We sat another 15-20 minutes while the servers in our area ignored us. Not once stopping by the table. It wasn't until we asked for the manager that a server even stopped at the table. Normally I would've walked out by now. But it was my birthday and I wanted. LongHorn a place I come about once every two weeks. Server comes to the table finally and takes our order. We waited for our food. The food came out mine was pure cold. Not even sure it sat under the lamp. Literally the worse experience I've had at LongHorn.
