There's never a bad day at Panera, especially during the winter when the squash soup is on the menu! The "pick two" menu option is always my favorite as I can get one of the great soups + the Fuji apple salad, which I love. My lunch date got the wild rice "soup" which was thick enough to be a stew. It surprised her, but she said it tasted great.The restaurant was really clean, the service was super prompt, and we had a very enjoyable lunch. In fact, we chatted so long that I got hungry again and went back for the pecan pastry which was like a decadent Pop Tart, LOL! Definitely getting that again.

I came here to meet with a classmate to work on a school project together for 3 and a half hours, and no one tried to kick us out! (Made me super happy)I had an orange scone for breakfast, and it was delicious! My friend got the blueberry muffin and the creamy tomato basil, either an advacdo sandwich, I believe, and he loved them! Employees were so friendly!If you're looking for a place to study or do some work and want out of the house, go to Panera!

Delta Jones is such a warm and welcoming worker. She brightens everyone's day as soon as they walk through the door. She is even a hero. One day while I was at Panera, my blood sugar dropped critically low. Delta gave me something sweet to eat and checked on me until I was able to function again. Delta saved my life that day, and I am eternally grateful.Vegetarian options: I really enjoy the salads.

I seem to order here frequently! Every time I order coffee through the sip club program, it has grains in it. I visit other Panera bread restaurants without having this problem of grains in my coffee. Also when I order through the app, my coffee cup is never ready when I get there. So I end up putting my order in an hour ahead just to make sure it's ready when I get there!

No baked goods! Ordered family pack, no cinnamon rolls, ordered chocolate chip cookies none were available when I got there. They had 4 items other than bagels for dessert. This has happened several times in the past 6 months. Also have been out of the energy tea. Food is way too expensive to be out of everything!!

They have been out of coffee for over a week. They run out of eggs consistently and often run out of bagels and bread before a breakfast rush has even started.

I went with the intent to purchase muffins for the next day. The only available were pumpkin. There were racks of muffins in the open area by kitchen. I was told they were for the next day and could not be sold today. I hope they get the customers tomorrow they are counting on.

Morning, noon, afternoon they never have enough bagels. Probably for the last month now they are out of bagels. I ordered on their app ‘specifically” cinnamon chrunch bagels i drove to madison from decatur ti get the bagels it on 5 remaining order now so I ordered paid everything and i get there and they said they had just ran out. Even though i had ordered. You would think management would oder more bagel if they can even keep them until noon. This is the only reason i go to panera is for the cinnamon crunch bagels.
