I waited an hour and 15mins to get a cold pizza. I will not order here again. They wouldn't give me another hot pizza and they were very rude !!!

Just stood for 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter finished TWO different personal calls on her cell phone before handing me my pizza that was ready and paid for for pick up, pizza was cold hadn’t been made as ordered and asked for it to be square cut and didn’t even get that! The rudest interaction I have had at a food establishment probably. I believe in treating everyone like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you so try to brighten their day, this woman was just mean and rude and didn’t care that she was doing her job poorly and apparently no one in charge cares either.

The last few times we have ordered from here the pizza is awful. Last time we ordered the pizza had no sauce on it. I didn't even request light sauce. Tonight I ordered the calzone stuffed crust pizza and it was literally regular stuffed. No garlic, no ricotta cheese. We also added garlic parmesan crust on the meats pizza and it looked like they added a parmesan ring right before the crust.... leaving nothing on the crust. And all of our toppings were in the middle of the pizza.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in the available items on their menu. They were prompt to deliver my order and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I had forgot to ask for the receipt and he was kind enough to send me a photo with his phone. I can't praise them enough. The pizzas were piping hot and delicious. I will contact them again when I am in the Decatur Alabama area.

They let my first DoorDash order get stolen, wouldn't remake it. So I reordered after getting a refund through doordash,then they told the next dasher they wouldn't give him my food or make my food because the first one was stolen. Terrible customer service for a company who just gave away a person's food to somebody else. This is why I never order Papa John's

This is the worst papa John’s made .unprofessional, and they have horrible customer service.. if Brittany still works there ,do not buy from this place . I’ll never spend money here again .. and they called the police on me when I asked for a refund because they were hours late with my order , and had to go to the store because supposedly their phone don’t work .. and they tried to blame it all on my wife not placing the order right … I’m not even married , so I don’t know who she had me confused with .. smh .. if I could give it less stars I would .
I placed an order online for delivery at 5:30pm. It was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. By 6:45pm, it had still not been delivered. I called only for the phone to be answered and hung up immediately. I then called Papa John’s main number and someone just transferred me to the local store only to be not answered again. I finally decided to drive to the store & arrived at 7:15pm. There was one employee on the ground crying and another employee told me that they were closing the store for 2 weeks. So 2 hours after ordering, and I never would’ve known anything if I didn’t drive to the store…

I ordered pizza and cheese sticks and it was wrong so they had to replace my order when I called to redeem it the management screened and yelled and hung up repeatedly on me over and over again truly I'm professional and the food was not that good just

disclaimer, I had just left urgent care with a viral infection and wanted something quick to eat... I ordered through the app and was told my pizza was ready, but when I got there, I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for my order. the employees were nice, however. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and instead got a pizza with light sauce.. called the store and the manager was rude AF, didn’t announce her name nor gave a proper greeting when she answered the phone. I explained the issue with my order, and I was told in order to get a replacement no slices could be missing-unrealistic, yet understandable as most restaurants have similar policies-and I would have to come ALL the way back to Decatur today- disgustingly inconvenient. Even after telling her I was extremely ill-though she didn’t have to care- she said that was my only option. She severely lacked consideration and compassion. As high as both Papa John’s and inflation is right now, patrons should receive nothing less than quality food and customer care/service- ESPECIALLY when the establishment causes an issue.*You can visually see that the pizza lacks extra sauce, image is attached ?️
