Ordered online for window pickup. We ordered a supreme pizza and a pepperoni pizza. We asked that the onions be removed from the supreme pizza and mushrooms be added instead. We also asked for both pizzas to be cooked well done.When we arrived to pick up the pizzas, we sat at the window for over five minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there.When we got home, we noticed that the supreme pizza had onions and the mushrooms looked like they were added after the pizza was cooked and they were raw. The pizzas were also cold and were not cooked well done. Very disappointing!

Zero stars is most appropriate. I just ordered a pizza for delivery. It had been about 45 minutes and I called to check status. A man answered the one, asked for my number, and said my name. I proceeded to tell him why I was calling. He asked to verify my address and said 30 minutes. After an hour And a half I called again. She said it was placed for carryout. I told her that I had called and he said 30 minutes. She told me no man answered the phone there. I proceeded to ask for my money to be refunded. She raised her voice and when she gets to a computer she can do it. I asked her not to raise her voice. She said she wasn't. I tried to ask to speak with a manager and she hung up before I could finish. I do not recommend andi don't care if a manager returns my call. I will never visit again.
