I called to place a Togo order at 8pm and was told that the kitchen was closed. I do not think that is right when the hours of operation is 9pm. I live 5 min away and all I wanted was some pasta. Nothing major. Please help me understand why a kitchen would close before the store closes at a restaurant. I have had numerous bad experiences at this particular Red Lobster, this may have been the last straw.

The waiter was very polite and helpful. The food me and my husband ordered was cold NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! NOT EVEN THE LOBSTER. The Steak was tuff and the Lobster was dry and tuff !!! We ordered (Surf and Turf)AND THE CHEESE STICKS AND BROCCOLI Was not cooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. What a BAD BIRTHDAY DINNER FOR MY HUSBAND. Stay AWAYParking: It was empty probably cause the food is garbage

We went to the Decature location since the Huntsville location is closed for a maintaenance issue. We stood at the front door/hostess station for 5 minutes and nobody came. We saw sombody in the bar, and asked if somebody was coming, and were told they do not have a hostess. That person sat us, and became out waitress. Although once she took our order, we rarely saw her.We saw the Huntsville "Hostess" working as a server.We were seated where we could see the front door, and we saw other groups come in and leave when nobody came to the front.Our server told us that they were getting a lot more customers due to the fact that Huntsville was temporarily closed. I would think that they would see this as an opportunity to pull those new customers in, but NO, they did nothing extra.It took twice as long to get our food, and getting drink refills while we waited was painful.We will wait for Huntsville to reopen. If I am going to pay for a $75 meal, I expect a certain level of service. This location came up well short!

Great service food out promptly prices good.for what was ordered coconut shrimp were huge and great with the dipping sauce ! My wife loved the seafood stuffed mushrooms @ the lobster bisque wife loved the shrimp

Me and my fiancé came here on march 9th and our server was amazing her name was Ashley , she got everything we needed to enjoy our food , we were indecisive and she helped us out by going over the menu with us and she always made sure our glasses and bread was full all while being slammed with a 30 min wait. I already told her manager but she needs to move up cause I haven’t seen customer service like she provided in awhile!

It does feel a bit like you're going back in time when you come here and if that's your jam you'll love it here! We were greeted warmly though and sat quickly which we appreciated. Barbara was our server and she was sweet as pie. She nailed our order perfectly. The food doesn't taste fresh and you get a frozen vibe but it was a decent meal and we are definitely full with happy bellies! I can't say I can fully recommend here with confidence but I wouldn't tell anyone not to come either. We shared a shrimp cocktail, shrimp queso, crabby cheese fries and an admiral platter. We were trying to spend our full $100 gift card and added a couple of to go desserts. We have 4 to go boxes of leftovers and we're not upset about it!
