Come to get a shake at the Danville Rd Sonic and got more than a shake got a shake and a show while we watched 2 employees have a fist fight and wrestling match flipping each other in the air and samshing each other on the ground still in uniform then after the the rest of the employees broke it up they all returned to work. thank you Sonic for such a great show glad to see you tolerate such behavior it really gives you such a great image.

Come here if you want a car hop who will bring you food and not say a word to you other than “would you like a receipt?”. We’ve had the same girl several times, always leave a tip, and are greeted with what feels like hatred. If she does speak to us, there’s nothing but contempt in her voice. She will just arrive at your car and start putting food in your window with no pleasantries or anything resembling customer service. There have also been several inaccurate orders from here, but I understand that does happen.

Just moved to Decatur and always come get a route 44 cup of ice because I’m anemic well 3 times now they have tried to pocket a dollar of my change which charging 1.08 of a cup of ice is already ridiculous…. I like the other sonic off 6 ave they only charge 0.64 cents for the cup of ice and haven’t tried to steal from me… count your change here whatever you do …

Made a mobile order, the screen said it was finished cooking and was being brought out. I waited 7 minutes until I pushed the button asking for my food, it then immediately came out (as if it was sitting there) but missing a bunch of stuff that I then had to wait for. Almost $20 and waiting over 20 minutes for a burger, drink, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel stick is ridiculous honestly. Food is amazing quality, but they're as slow as a snail through thick mud.
The food is good. If they get the order right! This Sonic has been my go to for years. Guess it's time to go to the other one. To longer than usual, and my order was all wrong. This location has been getting worse and worse. Time to move on.

My mother came by this location just a few minutes ago to get milkshakes for me and my wife that just gave birth two days ago and while she was there, there was a mishap with the machine and an employee came out and informed my mother that they were going to remake the shakes because there was "black stuff falling out of the machine into the shakes". Long story short, she gets here with the shakes and there's black stuff all over the cups and in the drinks. It looks to be either grease or mold. Tried calling the store and got no answers. Please do something in an appropriate time frame.

Between the three fast food in my neighborhood, This place is hit or miss. Friday night we were pleasantly surprised with a home run! Our food was hot, drinks cold and staff was phenomenal.
