I love this location I've eaten here 3 times since moving here and it even beats the one in my old home town. The staff is always polite and courteous. My girlfriend got a sandwich which wasn't made the way she had ordered but was still really good so the cook came and asked how our meal was and I just let him know that the bacon wasn't added but she liked it anyway and it was no problem. He went to the back and made her another one to go and apologized. He was very respectful and understanding. This is what we need more of in society. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are in town.

Got a complete meal tax and all with an enormous drink double steak burger and a fry for less than 9$. The service was absolutely great very friendly and I would most definitely eat here anytime I'm in the neighborhood. A GUY IN UPPER MANAGEMENT SERVED ME AT THAT WINDOW I SAID " Dang how y'all sell it so cheap?" HIS REPLY WAS " SO ALL YALL CAN COME GET I." DECATUR, ALABAMA.

My wife and I just walked in to get a couple of shakes. Had to use a kiosk to order and apparently it didn't inform the staff of our order. Took about 15 minutes to finally to get the shakes. A little frustrating since the restaurant only had about 5 people in it besides us.

Went there today 10/17/2023 at 6:00 pm ordered 2 fresco combo.Got the drinks at time of paying.Got our meal at 6:20 pm.Had to wait another 5 minutes because they forgot my Chilli.Started on the fries in parking lot as we left.The fries were cold, once we got home the fresco burger was greesy and way to much fresco sauce.

CREDIT CARD THIEF!!We were told after we ordered that the shake machine was broken. The manager told us he would refund us. He asked for our card and then walked back quickly before we could follow him. He returned a few minutes later with our refunded ticket and handed back our card.A few minutes later he returned with our shakes saying he was able to fix the machine.The next day we had two debits for a penny as HE took our card number and either sold our number or used it for himself.It was the only time and place that card was used.DON'T USE A DEBIT or CREDIT CARD there, they will rob you!
