Each time I've visited this location they've always had plenty of help behind the counter. That's great, because they get some long lines! I think the word is out that this is the location to go to.I always get different sandwiches and I'm never disappointed. The servers are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate the way they accommodate my "need" to have mayo on the bread first (I know, it's not the way they do things, but they do it for me). I appreciate getting good value for my money and I get it here.The tables and floors are generally very clean; maybe a crumb or two here or there, but nothing messy or trashy. Even the soda fountain works well and the Coke tastes like Coke (not watered down "cola"). A+!

My mother and I frequent this location whenever I’m home. This place used to be very good but now is doing quite poorly, which can be attributed to management.There were only two employees present tonight, high school boys. They did an exceptional job with taking orders and the sandwich making. While they were making our orders I noticed that there are several ring cameras throughout the front of house. Four cameras in total, the light constantly indicating that they were being watched remotely. The light from these cameras were obnoxious. Where is their manager, why are they being watched so closely? Why does the environment feel so unsafe?The dining area was also closed off (Chairs on top of tables) and the drive thru was “closed temporarily” (it’s always closed).Hostile atmosphere, the workers seemed very uncomfortable.Needs better management. Hostile atmosphere.

Came in to pick up a order and the workers was outside I waited 7 min with them giggling and smoking before I finally went outside to ask for help and they both came in laughing with attitude and I said I had a pick up they said oh it’s not ready we ain’t even printed them out yet and this was at 4;55 and the order was to be picked up at 4:56 pm I will never come to this subway again ever!!!!!

Usually don't write reviews but don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes. I ordered delivery and live really close by, (less than a mile) on the mobile app. First the food says it was delivered and I didn't have anything, so I called there to see and they said it was still on the counter and they didn't have anyone to deliver it yet, so I said I would come grab it so it didnt get cold, and could they take off the tip and delivery fees and charges, they said no. Husband went to pick it up and they said someone took it to be delivered, after I told them we were gonna pick it up and they confirmed. Then when it was delivered finally, it was cold and even the chicken inside seemed like it wasn't toasted at all, secondly my husband got a footlong and it was a 6 inch when delivered. So 30 dollars for 2 subs that took over an hour and were both made poorly. The communication I think was the worst part.* also I didn't order through Doordash but that's who delivered it, and she was great * just wish they provided a way for me to communicate with her.

I went to Subway in Walmart on spring avenue in Decatur,. First of all the man was very very rude and I told him that I would never be back to his establishment again and he charged me $10 for a 6 inch sub. I didn't realize it was going to be that much until after he already made the sandwich it was just chicken and bacon only no other thing was on it and he charged me $10 for that and I cannot understand why he charged me so much for a small sandwich.

It's Subway. However, this particular location rarely, if ever, participates in subway promotions. Every time I log in to the subway app thinking it sounds okay for lunch, I'm hounded with promotions and false promises of savings. I click on the BOGO 50 pop up button and select my location and it never fails, let's me order, get all the way to the end only to see that I still have to enter the code. No big, orders ready, just this one last step then you have my money and I get an acceptable lunch. Oh but wait, for whatever reason, the app waits until this point to let you know that this location is not participating in the promotion. Well then I'm not participating in frequenting your establishment. It has happened enough now that I'm writing a review (which I never do) and will not even attempt ordering from this location anymore.

I was the only person in the drive thru and it tool 22 minutes for 2 footlongs to be made. I asked for an immense amount of toppings and was given ham, lettuce, literally 2 slices of pepper, and more mayonnaise and mustard than your local Walmart carries. Absolutely ridiculous considering the cost of both sandwiches. Would never even remotely consider eating at this subway again. Also, the employee at the window at the time of my arrival was extremely rude.
