The best subway in Decatur. The only one that works with national coupon codes and discounts in the city. And not skimpy with toppings like the one on 6th Ave or in Walmart.

I went there last night 2-21-24 was gonna use a coupon, the Mexican girl working the front very rudely told us we could not use a coupon. We asked why she very rudely told us because of the economy and proceeded to tell us we could go somewhere else. This place used to be freaking awesome back when the 2 guys worked there not sure what their names are but they were related to each other, maybe cousins or something like that. Either way those 2 guys did an amazing job and they were always helpful

Short white woman with black hair unprofessional attitude, her phone call she wanted to make was more important than I the customer who had a question that a new employee couldn't resolve so he nicely an nervously asked her to assist me... her response?He was inconvenienceing her by asking,I wasn't as important as that personal phone call she wanted to make, the other employees both who were new wasn't important to her either, I was asking for help with the app an she very rudely an loudly proclaimed how she has nothing to do with the app that it's a *Corporation thing* n so she wasn't going to try and help, that she had something else shes trying to do! I'm trying to eat an go to work and what should have only taken a moment to order a simple italin bread grilled chicken with provolone n pepper jack toped with salted n pepped green peppers tomatoes lettuce banana peps an sauce but instead I got my time wasted by a acting manager who clearly didn't want to even be there and made it clear. She treated me like a issue off the streets who was causing problems.

the only subway i go to!!! i do mobile orders and this is the only subway in decatur that actually constructs the sandwich so that it will not fall apart. does not overload with sauce either which is a problem i have at the other subways. if you put "less" for a topping on the app they actually listen and do what u ask for. 10/10

I have ordered from this store on several occasions, each time I order I have it delivered, each time, they alway forget my drink. The manager needs to do a better job of ensuring everything goes with the order. Unacceptable!!

10/10 experience. The sandwich artists are basically physicist experts and that doesn’t even touch their customer service prowess. The manager is cool af, just go and have a conversation with him. Couldn’t recommend more. Sandwiches were A+ too.

Trina was the rudest, un-professional person in the restaurant. She was talking badly about me to co-workers loudly and in front of the customers. Though I didn't know she was speaking about me until I asked her when she walked up to the register. "Were you talking about me?" She replied yes. I said, "First of all, I don't come in here every day, nor do I order wraps every time I come. As a matter of fact, I have never ordered a wrap from Subway. I normally order the protein bowls, so get your facts right." She sarcastically replied that she was sorry and she had me confused with someone else. I told her she did. Also, everyone in the restaurant does not want to hear her on the company phone talking about her child getting ISS, and the school keeps calling. All of this is a bit ratchet.It was the worst experience that I have ever had at a SUBWAY yesterday period.I felt so embarrassed and to think I spent my hard earned money in this establishment to be ridiculed unnecessarily.
