The drive through is always slow and my order is rarely correct. The food is slapped together and no one can cut a straight line in a Mexican pizza or a quesadilla.

Drive thru was fast and the order was correct. Food tasted great! The $5 cravings box is a great deal with a lot of good and comes with a drink. Employees were friendly.

Thoughts

My husband stopped by here to get me a double steak burrito. Well the young guy was being cheeky and my husband tried to brush it off. If someone is asking you for reassurance about a specific order there is no cause for an alarm. Well, not only was his last gesture a laugh at my husband but they also purposely ruined the order. Now I’m convinced he may have done something unethical to my order and I am afraid to eat it. I guess it’s true that you can’t even trust restaurants now. However, what made me come back to this location was a great experience with a day shift worker and even the cook who made the food. So, I just wanted to stick with the same order but it was a different shift. Half of the sandwich literally was nothing but dough. I should have taken a pic before I tossed it in the trash. Rude services. Unpleasant experiences and horrible food. Don’t waste your money. If you want to try them maybe try day shift. It may be better.

Ordered a Deluxe cravings box ( nacho fries, chalupa, Doritos locos taco and 5 layer beefy burrito) they stated they were out of flatbread for the chalupa so I said okay and settled for a soft taco in place of it. When I got my food I had two hard tacos with barely anything on them and a 5 layer. Plain pathetic!

Half of my order was missing and we were charged for things we didn't even order. The person working the drive thru had a horrible attitude and kept saying and or what else when I was ordering (and I didn't even have a large order). My child's food wasn't even included. This has been a recurring issue so I'm finally posting a review. If at all possible don't go to this location.

The service is horrible! They apparently don’t like white women!I ordered at the drive thru; the first sign was at the speaker. She did not repeat my order and I had to repeat it (nicely) for her to add my drink. I pull up to the window and was greeted only with a hand waiting for my payment. I handed him my card and as he was processing the payment the “lady” that took my order just glared at me… I smiled at her and he handed my card back without a word. Nothing. He then handed me a drink and my food. Still, not a word. I paused a moment for a receipt. Nothing. As I drove off I looked back and he was hanging out the windows shaking his head! No worries! I won’t be back!
