Went inside to get lunch. Was told to use kiosk machine. For those of us who dont work there, they are tough to use. I left, i refuse to use it. If its such a hassle to take my order. I wont return. Your problem is solved.

I don't do fast food often, but for those times, I would say Taco Bell is one that I frequent more than any of those fast food burger chains. This particular Taco Bell location is not far off of Interstate 65 and is in the same shopping plaza as the Publix. I came in here for a little late night snack. I have seen in multiple locations that Taco Bell has gone to self ordering kiosks. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a sign of the times. Taco Bell has a cool enough vibe and my food came out pretty fast. No complaints at this location. I would recommend this particular Taco Bell if you are looking for a quick fast food meal.

I have not gotten used to the place order screen yet. Nobody from behind the counter even acknowledged our presence in the restaurant. It was a very non-customer experience. The portions were smaller than I remembered, and prices were slightly higher. Sign of the times?Vegetarian options: I did not order any vegetarian meals, but you can customize your meal to your liking.

This place is ridiculous. Ordered three build your own boxes. First of all, why don't they actually come in boxes anymore? Second they did not give us a Fiesta potato bowl. Half of the food was unwrapped and just tossed on the bag and my crunchwrap was not even folded all the way and stuff was falling out of it.

Spent $30 on 3 Chicken chulupas & 2 chicken quesidias last night. 1 chulupa had literally 2 pieces of chicken on it and the chulupas were hard as rocks and old. The quesidias had no sauce (second time) on them and barely any chicken and not cut.
For one they left out my beef chalupa, but before that I realized that I didn’t order the Nacho fry at the window and they wouldn’t just add it on, then I paid EXTRA for extra chipotle sauce nope, and the potatoes are ROCK solid. It’s really went down hill.
Great place to visit. Friendly hardworking staff. Got our food right on the first time. Definitely a place I'll go again!!!
