First time for me to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Decatur, AL for Pesto Chicken Flatbread, Açaí Berry Boost Smoothie, & Snickerdoodle Cookie for my taste of my experience & it was all good & sure recommends for vegans to come by.

Price of a smoothie was expensive, but the cup was large so it helped. Wish they offered a smaller amount, cheaper price option. Otherwise very delicious.

Bring the Triple Berry Oat Smoothie back and I will update my review. When you have all but one ingredient to make the smoothie then you try to upcharge for substituting a whole banana and acai for one scoop of whey and some oats in the acai berry boost. I travel for work and frequently visit TSC locations across the country. This makes me want to go to Smoothie King! Fix it, please! Instead of selling me a smoothie with my lunch, you didn't!

Sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Began to order and the guy was rude and wasn’t paying attention. Then I got to the window and he had the nerve to ask for a tip. Excuse me? Got my food and two items were missing so I had to go back and wait another 15 minutes. Ridiculous. If he has the nerve to ask for a tip then he needs to do his job better and then he may get some.

Smoothies were very good and food was fresh and delicious. Too bad the avocado grilled cheese is no longer available. Service rated 4 stars because the place seemed to be understaffed. The staff that were there did a great job but serving a lot of customers did result in slower than expected service.
