I went in Walmart today to order a cake. I first tried to call and order the day before and they said the bakery was closed and to call back at 6:00 am. i just went in today to order it since I was going to be in there. So no one ever came over to wait on me and another customer who came up. I went to the deli to ask if anyone was working in the bakery and she said they leave at 2:00. I said they could have told me that the day before. I walked back down to tell the other customer that they were gone. She seemed to be upset too. Who closes a bakery down at 2:00? That is when most people come in. Needless to say I walked on off and the slim, short hair girl hollered sarcastically at me to have a nice day. I can't believe they let people like this work and treat customers this way. I ordered my cake from Publix. Walmart has lost my business for good. This was on 5-18-23 after 2:00. Whoever she was needs to be fired. Another instance I did the pick up and they waited on several people that came in after I got there. Brought it to their attention and they said they would get me next. That didn't happen. I waited a total of 45 minutes then went inside and complained and ask for a refund. Went to Kroger and bought my groceries who are always so nice. Done with Walmart.

I called electronics and the associate help line around 40 times and each time it rang for 5 minutes and then hung up. There's literally no way you are completely busy for that long as management or someone sitting in electronics.

Stopped by last night to get straight talk for my newer phone I already have straight talk on my older phone phone what rude guy at the counter then he left while I was talking to him and the other guy said he didn't work in that department he was filling in for lunch break for someone else.. very bad customer service......

Don't waste your time ordering online. I have tired several times and the store is out of 99% of my orders online. But after trying to order the other day I went into the store and everything that the online app showed that the store was out of stoke, the store had plenty. I think they are saving the food for customers that comes inside, but some people are sick and don't want to come inside or afraid to come inside. I don't waste my time with Wal mart anymore. I order from Kroger's or Publix. You will pay more but the service is worth it. Besides Publix has the best customer service of any supermarket in Decatur...Believe that !!

I ordered through my app only to sit in the parking lot over an hour waiting on my pickup. The associate told me they couldn't find my order, after I gave her the order number. I was fine with that, however; she called my cell from inside the store to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order and would only be able to provide me the customer service number. She stated, "My manager told me to tell you..." I called, was on hold for thirty minutes, to be told he needed to give me yet another phone number for help.

The employees are rude and don't want to help or do anything and even if you have to have help they make you feel like you ruined their day. Not to mention their not following the STATE MASK MANDATE. Appently they think it's optional

Wish I could give this store a negative 5 review. The employees that stand out the door of this store are obnoxious, trashy and unprofessional. All they do as customers are coming in is make fun of them, they obnoxiously yell across to each other abt non-work related nonsense. It's a short white fat girl and a short young mixed girl with poofy hair and a tall white woman with greasy hair. They loudly comment racial things to customers. One time an African American young man was walking in with a black mask on and one of those girls goes, "Do you have a mask? OH. Your black mask blended in with your skin." UNACCEPTABLE. Cheap employees. Telling everyone I know to stay away from this establishment until employees like these are dealt with.

Website, Yelp and stickers on the door say it's open 24/7. Went at 0600 this morning and they were closed! Asked a lady inside and she said they open at 0700. I said your sign says 24/7 and she points to signs inside all the way by the carts that says 0700. She said "it's been that way for a while". I don't live here and am in town working so like I'm supposed to know!!! They should change the website and signs on the door to reflect "new hours".
