New location is terrible. First, they filled part of a natural Marsh to build it(you can see some of remaining marsh to the right of the drive through window. Secondly, the staff could care less about the customer(they would rather gossip and play on their phones. Thirdly, they barely put meat on anything(you have to order extra meat just to get the correct amount. Needs to be restaffedFeatures: Thankfully no masks required

This taco bell is hot "hit and miss", one visit you might get hot freshly cooked food and the next visit the food has been sitting under a hot lamp for hours or days. They don't have things that's on the menu.

My husband and I went today for a little treat. Everything was good and the store was clean except the trash can was overflowing.
We went and got some food last night December 5th. The person who took order was nice and polite. When I got to the window, he took my money and gave me money back with no receipt. I pulled up to check my order, and it was wrong. It was missing two things that myself didn't get. We also got three extra things we didn't order! So I went in with the bag, and this young woman came up with brown hair, young looking. I kindly explained what had happened,. She told me, do you have your receipt? I said, no that gentleman never gave me one. She looked at me and said, well then I can not replace your ordered..I kindly told her I just came through drive thru and you saw me. She said sorry, company policy. So she made me walked out with out my food, I paid $25 for all it. I told my husband about it and he went in and this gentleman came to the counter and was kind and respectful and remade our order for us. I was so upset that this young woman was rude and just really didn't care about customer service.

Food and paper all over their floors. They just walk right over it. You definitely can not tell this Taco Bell was just built. And poor attitudes from their young employees. If you can't have service with a smile, if you hate your job so badly, you don't need to work fast food. And I was only picking up an order.

This location is honestly the last straw for me with Taco Bell. It’s not enough to pay $5 for a taco, but I pay for two beefy 5 layer burritos and get two bean burritos instead? No. Not acceptable. Extra sauce apparently means 6 fewer than the number rang up on the screen. Cheesy Gordita crunch with half cheese, full falling apart. Nearly $20 for what used to cost $10 or so, and it’s worse in every metric. This was the last straw. I’m sick of getting charged a premium for junk fast food and not even getting what I’m ordering.
Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Food is thrown in the bag hardly wrapped most of the time and there’s a good chance your food will be cold.
