My party stopped by this place at 6:20pm, and were the only customers inside the entire time. We really don't understand why, because it was a pleasant experience.The dining area and condiment area were all clean, although the floor was a little sticky due to the mop water.The restrooms were clean and well stocked.The cashier was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu. We didn't get her name--no name tag--but she was very nice.I ordered the brisket sandwich combo. The sandwich was good, but it is so sloppy due to the sauce.The syrup for the Sprite was out, but the staff replaced it immediately when we told them about it.We like this store, and we will be back!

My reason for the one star is we went to location and walked in. We waited almost 10 min at the register before anyone even spoke. No one said hello it was can I take your order. I paid for my food she walked away and I didn’t even get my receipt . No thank you I lt will be out shortly or anything. That why the place is empty. Like a couple of people were there. And it was someone they new. As we waited for our food in the booth they continued to go on and on and talk about inappropriate stuff the entire time we were there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Got the 9 piece boneless wings and a Reuben for the wife. The curly fries were kind of like chewing sticks, actually probably harder than sticks. Wings and sandwich were great.
Maybe it was this location but the food wasn't fresh, fries were cold. I had a good experience at the Northside location just a few days ago. Everything was good and fresh, but the westside location failed me!

Could not get service at all. They woman on duty was very rude to everyone in lobby and in drive thru telling everyone that she could not and would not serve anyone at all.
