I cannot post about the food because we never received it. We asked our server multiple times about our food. Other customers that came in after us not only received and finished their appetizers, but they were served their main entrees. Servers kept stacking dirty dishes on one table in front of us. There was a male server that kept bossing two female servers around. We asked if he was a manager, he wasn't. He stood in the small alcove a lot, doing nothing. Once he was standing there drinking a drink. The two females did not stop running the whole 40 to 45 minutes we were there. He never once attempted to bus the table that was stacked with dirty dishes.We did ask to speak to a manager. Not only did she, Dixie the manager, insinuate we'd only been there a few minutes but inflamed the situation. She needs to learn de-escalating techniques.I'm unsure where the breakdown occurred, but perhaps more training is needed for this manager to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.For the record, we have not had this issue or seen this manager in the past.

If you sit outside you get forgotten about. Have had good service when sitting inside. Waitress was good when she came out. Food runners are ATROCIOUS & seem to have cared less about food not coming that way ordered or an empty drink sitting on the table for 20 min. Was asked when we asked for the check if we needed a refill

Food was good they messed up my order, and I had to wait while my family was eating. The atmosphere is terrible. In my opinion, there were drawings all in the women's restroom, and the music was super loud. I wouldn't recommend going unless you're going to get drunk.

1 hour and 20 minutes later we finally got all of our food. Was told that that was normal. Any other place the average turn around is 20 to 30 minutes max. Honestly the place wasn't really busy. The server said some times it's a couple of hours turnaround. Also told me that there was so many orders at the pickup they weren't able to locate our order. This was the first time I had ever visited a buffalo wild wings. Food was good but the service was not.

I came here with my friend, and my child, as soon we sat down the waitress pointed out how small my baby was compared to hers. I excused that but once we ordered she didn’t come back until one of us had our food. My friend got a burger and i got wings, she got her burger before i got my wing, which is okay. However, she had enough time in between when we both our food to eat her full burger and fries. My friend spilt her drink and the waitress walked by multiple times without acknowledging it. Once she notice she grabbed a rag and aggressively handed to us. Once we both had our food she came by one time and asked if everything was okay. She walked by again and we had to flag her down to get our receipt, i asked if i could apple pay and she gave me a slight smirk as she was complaining about how other customers were moving tables around to accommodate their party size.

Food was supposed to be ready to pickup @6:50 I got there @7:10 and stood waiting for the order for another 5 minutes. The sauce on the wings was very good but the wings were overdone and dry. Tacos were very good. Also if you want the wings with sauce on the side you have to order them naked and then pay for the sauce on the side as extra sauce.
