This was terrible. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and food was cold. We called back up there after getting home and the manager said she was cooking food fresh as it was ordered and I know that wasn’t true because there was not heat coming from these plates. To top it off I didn’t even get any hush puppies. . I don’t recommend no one eating there.

Military discount was a joke for those who served 20+ years. Just drink discounted? Should have when to Metro whole Bill would be discounted. Used to come here often, though it changed. Still the same.

The staff didn't even speak to us. She just looked at us and waited for us to order. Then she said the price - not another word. There was about 6 people dining at 11:30 a.m.It took 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The whole place smelled like something was rotten in the cooler.

worst captain ds ever not only is the customer service terrible but they can have nobody in line and still take thirty minutes to get to you then another 30 to get your food ready and there be no one but you there like come on people but tonight really topped it all when my order of fried okra is nothing but tops like you charged me extra to get the okra so why am I getting what should of been trash

Went there today around 3:20 and Ms.TeTe was amazing!!!! She took my order then when I pulled up to the window I seen her going to the back area to fix the food as well. A guy came straight to the kitchen area(not washing his hands or anything) and no gloves just was standing there talking and laughing while she was working. He then pulls his pants from his crack and pulls his pants up...still didn't wash his hands and still not working just talking and laughing while MsTeTe continues to work. The reason I gave my review a 5 is ONLY because of her....
